Ice is the gaurdian of the wind's core, the place it comes from. She likes to play with the wind itself, and the wind talks to her, so I suppose when she is around the wind is a sentient being. She is a friend of the wind.

What is her relation to wind: Diamina was born on the day of a hurricane-the wind thrashing around her carried her into the centre of the hurricane where she learned how to fly. The wind was so strong that it also changed her markings to be more like the wind. Diemina was fascinated with the hurricane and flew around it letting it suck her up and spit her out in the rain. She says sometimes she can almost hear the spirit of the wind talking to her, and sometimes she talks back.
