Furries.
Some do act that way. Sure, they blow it way out of proportion ,but it's true. Very few do, but some furries brought it onto themselves.
Lot sof people also don't seem to understand the general view, thta lots ofus just love anthropomorphic animals, and aren't into beastiality etc.

Again, I want to see what your answer is before I post mine.

Frankly, we ourselves are the only ones to blame. Some furries are into some pretty wacky stuff. The media, of course, is only gonna look at the extreme sides of the fandom because it sells. If we weren't into some wacky stuff, acceptance would be widespread, but we are into wacky stuff. Whether it be tame or sexual, furries are weird.

Exactly. People only care about the extremes -shrug-

THANK YOU. I was really hoping someone would say this!

I blame the furry fandom.

Why? Think about this; most of the outspoken "LOVE ME FOR WHO I AAAAAMMMMM" furries are nutbags. They're the ones that do everything the media capitalizes on. If there weren't the nutbag furries giving the media something to report on, we wouldn't have all the bad press.

Besides, you have to be out of your damn mind to publically admit some of the things you do with relations to the fur fandom. And you'd have to be out of your damn mind (or very starved for attention) to admit to kinky fursuit times on the Tyra Show of all places. How low can you go?

tl;dr: The bad press furries get is a nightmare of their own making.

Why hello there furs! How are we today? I think we post too fast- we are already on vrsion four! I'm planning to make a. Yarn tail soon but I can't make a pan pan yarn tail cause of her darn tail markings. If bracelets weren't important to me, I swear I could go without those markings XD

Love Pandora

cant wait to see the pic neshota ^^ can you pm it to me when you're done or something?

this is just a quick post and I don't want any response because it would be more spam.

Yes, this thread is very strict about off-topic posting, and that's because it grows too quickly to support random chat AS WELL AS furry chat. Past topics have been banned for refusing to stay on topic. So if you're interested in following this thread, support it by staying on topic at all times. A thread that has to keep making new versions will only be supported if it is a genuine interest topic, and not if it's just a chatroom in disguise. Sure, some of you are good friends and you want to talk to each other about non-furry things sometimes, but that's what PMs are for!

Most of you are very good at following the anti-spam rules in here, but for the rest of you, please stop raging on each other whenever someone tries to discourage someone else from posting off-topic. Arguing about it creates even more undeniably off-topic posts. If you have a serious problem with someone's posts, report them. Silently. A page long argument about it is not appreciated, and if someone has already been reprimanded you don't need to jump in and repeat the same anti-spam message directly afterwards.

I hope version 4 continues to be as well-behaved as version 3 was :)

at ease, gentlemen
