@Wendigo - I don't think that people will think that. I mean I wanted a costume of my character I had for myself before I knew that the fandom was. I mean the fandom, in short, is for fans of anthros. I'm sure some of the fandom doesn't even have a fursona. I mean dressing up is in a section of the fandom, yes, but it isn't the whole fandom. There's art, writing, music... Just like any other subculture. Then the suiting falls into the clothing section. Just like some of the "Goth" subculture may dress in dark colours (I have no idea about what I'm saying but I'm trying to make an example here), some of the ones who consider themselves Goth might not dress in dark colours. I mean the clothing there, too, is sort of the stereotype for it because that's what people see, but it's not the whole thing.
... I hope that males any sort of sense.

Skye: People really new to the fandom might not know that stuff, though. They might just click the latest page of the topic, skim through it and base their opinion on what's being discussed in those posts.. :c
Like if everyone was talking about anthro-shaped cookies for pages and pages they might be like "WOAH, these furries sure like their cookies, it must be a big part of the fandom. I'd better start baking some, too!"

Oh, and. I think that I actually have settled on my fursona. Can't rememebr how long I've had her, although she's not exactly like me. She's braver becuase I'm bolder in text, I mean, I don't ever cuss or win fights, and, like, yeah. And I feel guilty that she's a liger and not a dog, and that she's technically a sparkle liger, since she contains no real looks (besides body) to an actuall liger (as in, her coat colors and pattern arn't anything like it), but oh well. She is what she is and I love her all the same. <3

ANYWHO.

I've goten alot better at drawing recently, and you know you can always PM me and ask for art, or come to my chat. I may seem rather distant from all of you, but Jesus Christ, I love it when any of you come over. :3

OH AND SOMETHING MOAR. Imma be going to the Smithsonian in September. IMMA SEE THE HALL OF DINOSURS AND THE HALL OF MAMMALS *explodes in excitement* No doubt I'll start making alot of anthro dinosuars. Meh. I'll probly be drawing lots of spiphants too. They're those spindly legged elephant in the Salvador Dali paintings. Spipahnts are what I call 'em. So cool <3

That isn't his suit. Thats the first picture that comes up when you google "fursuit". It was made several years ago by TaniDaReal and is her fursona. She would never sell it. Your friend lied.
