I like the Latin word Maerorem (obviously). It means gloom, which is also a word I really like. I don't like the word neat when describing something, though. I just find it irritating.

Oh, when it's about Latin words I really like the phrase perpetuum mobile |D In memoriam, too. *sigh* I really need to refresh my Latin. Haven't used it in forever xD

Maerorem is the accusative, though, the nominative would be Maeror.

So, I've got a new book up online, the entirety of a project I finished a few years ago.

At the creation of the island of Aerema, the goddess Ryath chose one animal to rule over the land forever-more. She searched far and wide to find the perfect being on which to place the crown -

Yeah, that's not how it happened. Really, the one who can do the job gets the job, after alli s said and done, plotted and schemed, twisted and turned. Through magical accidents, murder attempts and mysterious allies, plots are unravelled and a kingdom is formed.

This story includes magic, snow, elven animals, wolves, panthers, revealed identities, books of magic, crowns, snakes, evil tyrant crocodiles ... among a myriad of other things.

It's available for your perusal, and if you like it, please rate or comment. :3 It's not my best, I don't think, but it's still fairly entertaining.

I just wanted to say that I read this a couple of days ago and really enjoyed it. It has a few typos, but otherwise it's a really good read. :3
