I smile, and nod my head slightly, trying to think of something to say. "So... do you know when the surgery is supposed to be?" I ask, remembering what Andrew had said just a little while ago.

"Tonight. After that I can go home but have to come to therapy every Friday." Wish said, "Until my legs work again."

I nod slightly. "My mom had to go through that same type of thing once," I say.

"Oh... Then you understand." Wish said with a small smile. She turned her phone over in her hands a little before tapping it on the wall. She sighed, "It's not the first time I've been to a hospital, and for once, it's not anyone's fault..."

Jennifer walked out of the room where she was after a little while. She found some of her friends there in the hall and she walked over to where they were. "How long are we going to stay here? I don't like hospitals... They're too cold, too quiet, to depressing." She said.

Andrew crossed his arms as he watched everyone walk by. He looked over to Jennifer with a small shrug. He then remembered the look on her face earlier that time.. ".. Hey Jen, can I talk to you for a sec?" He asked.

Jennifer looked at Andrew for a second as he spoke to her. "Uhh, yeah, sure..." She replied wondering what he would want to tell her.

Mason shrugged. He slid down his jacket sleeve and looked at the time, huffing a bit. He always wore his jacket, no one ever asked why, and if he did take it off, he covered his wrists. But no one said anything or asked so he never told.

Andrew looked to both sides, and walked towards Jennifer, making sure no ones watching. "Is there something you've been meaning to tell me?" He asked, in a slight curious tone.
