Easy...here's my guide.

Step 1;Go to the pound when its almost open,not when its open.
Step 2;Keep refreshing
Step 3;Click the oldest pet as fast as possible,because you'll be one of the firsties.

Instant 2009 or 2008 Rare/Very Rare!
