general;; Jake isn't the tallest of teens his age, he often gets called 'shorty' by his friends. He has quite a slim, slender frame and this makes his limbs appear quite long, despite his small size. His skin is slightly tanned. His hair is quite long for a lad and he's often seen playing with it and running his hands through it. It's light brunette in colour and hangs just above his eyes, usually curving to the right side of his face. Despite his age, he still has what many people call a 'baby face'. With his almost constant smile, Jake has a boy-ish facial appearance making him appear younger than he is.

fashion;; Jake is often seen wearing skinny jeans, usually black or dark denim in colour. On his feet his favourite thing to wear are either converse or vans, often differing in colour depending on his mood and day of the week. When he's not wearing some sort of denim shirt, he's wearing a simple t-shirt and a hooded jacket. He's also quite fond of hats, beanies in particular.

- PERSONALITY -

general;; Jake is still a child at heart, loving the little things in life and thinking he can get away with everything he does. Some people get annoyed by his behaviour, seeing it as inappropriate but some find it refreshing. He's full of energy and finds it hard to sit still. As well as this, he's quite cheeky and is typically labelled as being a joker and a tease. Jake is the kind of guy who isn't afraid to talk to anyone. He tries his best to get along with everyone even though he enjoys teasing. Sometimes he is deliberately annoying for his own entertainment but deep down he just wants everyone to get along and he wants everyone to have fun and relax. He enjoys making others laugh and he loves seeing people smile. Despite being friendly at most times, he isn't afraid of a fight. If someone does something to upset the people he cares about, he won't hesitate to put them in their place. Jake is generally a rule-breaker, wanting to spend his time doing the things he loves than learning things at school that he isn't going to need later in life. He spends most of his time with his friends, listening to music, playing guitar, doing sports or riding his skateboard

general;; Jake was born in Lawrence, Kansas to quite a young couple. His mother was only twenty one when she gave birth to him and his father was twenty two. He is the only child of Carly and Chris Donnelly. Jake grew up with what he considers a normal and healthy childhood. His family didn't have much money so it wasn't exactly the easiest of upbringings but he knows his parents did their best and he loves them both dearly. He is particularly close to his father, he's been his role model ever since he was a small boy. His mother works as a dog walker for the local shelter and this is where he developed his fondness for canines. His father is a mechanic and has taught Jake a lot about cars and how they work. Jake isn't sure what he wants to do with his life, be it music or working for his dad, he's happy enough living his life in the now.
