Well, everyone, check out our shiny new
archive! On another note, we do not have anyone who will be our secretary so I will be opening the position up for grabs.
Some things you would do as a secretary:
-Own a post on the main thread where you would keep a brief intro for yourself and then use the rest of the post to write up memos for myself and the current artist.
-These memos would include reminders to keep Lytes up to date, and to implement spells that have been requested. They would also keep note of mistakes in formatting either on the Lyte's page or in the archives. If something is inconsistent, then I want to be reminded to fix it. Also, the Secretary would remind me if I need to add something/change something in the archives.
-The secretary would leave all of these notes on his/her post which could be found through a link on the main post under the staff section.
