You know what my Golden did? He chewed a hole in the wall. I'm not sure if he was like 'I'm lonely so I'm gonna do this to get attention' or if he was bored.
Cause the hole he chewed was at the end of the stairs were he layed down against the wall. And I guess he just wanted to chew the wall

Does he have anything to stimulate his mind? Sounds like boredom. How about exercise?
Woot! Another paw toward success! While working with Sherlock and Dixie again, she responded at seeing him by looking up at me. Twice!!
So happy ^^ She got loads of praise for that.

Ooh, I love GSDs. We have two. c:
What training methods do you use? I don't necessarily train our dogs but I do general upkeep with their obedience and behavior. Been looking into training a trick or two.
I just make everything as positive as possible-- reinforcing good behavior with treats and praise. I try and stay away from harsh corrections because the GSD I work with most, Asia, already has a low confidence level that I'm trying to improve.

I train with the positive reinforcement method, and when they do something wrong/not right I say ether "No" or make a small but sharp noise to get their attention, and praise them when they get it right with treats. I train my older dog lots of tricks, but not hard ones seeing as he has bad hips, but he is great! I haven't gotten around to teaching my GS much but the basics, as he is only a few months old, but he is doing great with what I'm teaching him to far!

Lol, had some message me trying to prove that not all puppy mills are bad. At least, that's what I think they're doing. I can't stop laughing and shaking my head.

I would assume not. He has a kong that is filled almost all the time with either frozen Pumpkin, Peanut Butter, or Applesauce. And we go to the store every month to get him a pack of bones. Like frozen bones that nobody wants from a cow. They are scattered all around the house cx
For Christmas we even got him a giant Bone

Oh yeah, don't you know that the people you are calling BYBs just want to make a little profit off some adorable puppies? xD
