Akaya continued to sleep. Jojo yipped and pounced onto the pup next to her.

Shen stared at Jojo, worried. She was so small and weak compared to the others...

[STALKERS!!! :O :O]

Jojo landed onto the pup but lost her grip. She fell onto her side and huffed. She stayd lie that for a while. Riley stumbled around, eventually stumbling onto Jojo. She squeeled loudly, waking up Akaya. "I DIDN'T DO IT!" She cried out, opening her eyes. She sat up and said sleepily "Who goes there?"

Stella poked Akaya with her claws out. She loved sheathing and unsheathing them, just for fun. Shen cracked up at his pup staring at her paws.

[-nutella love.]

"OWIE!" AKaya said, pouting and looking at Stella. "No." She said, lifting the pup by its scruff and making it face Shen. "Go claw him." she said while laughing.

[nyegi]

Shen looked at his other pups. "Hey, Nik," he called, but the pup did not respond. He called again, louder. This time Nik trotted over to him cheerfully. Shen noticed for the first time that Nik's left ear was flopped over strangely. Shen woofed at him from the right, and Nik looked up. When he woofed from the left, nothing. Shen's heart sank. The pup was half deaf.

Akaya's heart sunk too. She rested her head in he rpaws, blinking away tears. She peeked a look at Jojo: sleeping under Akaya's tail.

"At least he's healthy otherwise," Shen said, faking a smile. He knew that Nik would probably never be able to hunt. Quickly, he said, "I'm going to catch something...any requests?"

Riley squeeked and launched himself onto Shen's leg. Akaya smiled slightly and said "Anything is fine with me.."

"Then how about we eat...RILEY!" Shen playfully shook the pup off and chased him around the den. He noticed how fast and cunning Riley already was. /At least we have one future hunter.../
