Ashcloud flashed open her eyes, looking down at the kit. "Hello, Owlkit. I'm Ashcloud." she mewed, giving a small smile to the kit. She lowered her paw, tail flicking around all four now. She looked around, wondering if his mother was around somewhere. Most queens didn't like her speaking with their kits, and she was a stranger here, so that made it worse.

"Ashcloud." echoed Owlkit, committing the name to memory. He took pride in remembering the names of everyone he met. At her smile, he smiled shyly in return. After a moment, he spoke again. "Are you new here?" he asked curiously, tilting his small head. "I don't remember seeing you before."

"Here, yes, but to Clan life, no. I was a Stoneclan cat before now. I'm sure you know Pineclaw." Ashcloud mewed to him, tail tip flicking occasionally, "I'm good friends with him." Her sharp blue eyes were soft, as always, the color was striking, though. Her brownish grey fur looked very similar to his, but not too much.
