You should watch Ouran Highschool Host Club. Very similar to Special A. I'll second the Skip Beat recommendation. You may like Kuroshitsuji too. Kamisama Hajimemashita is a bit like Inuyasha. You can also use myanimelist to look up a ton of recommendations based on what you've watched. It's my favorite site to look up and record anime that I've seen and liked.
