Of course you can, but then every signature and motto you make will not be counted. As it is written in the rules.

This is not correct.
You are allowed to use different posts for the quests.
No form is needed for the entries.
The only thing that you should care about is that you are not allowed to post your entries for the bonus tasks before you've posted those of the regular ones.

Sorry I completely forgot to answer this question while I copied the picture into our art gallery. ^^'

I updated rule 4 and added this point:

4) No WIPs. If you post some entries they will be counted as soon as I see them. But you may use different posts for the different tasks. E.g. one post for task one, one for task 2 and one for the bonus task.
