Yeah, Fruits Basket was a really good starting series to read. Now I'm reading D. Gray-man!

Does anyone know of a good, appropriate manga/anime for my little sister? She's only ten but she loved Fruits Basket when she watched it with me. :3

Full Moon wo Sagashite! It gets a little sad, but it's very appropriate!
Keroro Gunso is really funny, and aimed at kids/teens, it's not a girl's manga but it's so worth watching! Make sure to only watch the sub though. The dub is a little eh even if it's hilarious.
Kanon 2006 is really good. It's pretty sad but worth watching, no objectionable content except for maybe a few physiological things.
TBH I haven't been watching much shoujo lately, mostly BL and reverse-harems.
