    This is your runner up for RPW 46.
    RPW 42 had two different ears, making it special, and since your runner up had to be awesome as well, I gave it a bob tail c:

This isn't your fault because we hadn't talked about what to do about RUs previously, but I had a discussion with Raven about them and RUs will not get their own unique number, they will get an extended number from the RPW they are an RU from.

So since this is an RU for #46, this one's number will be 46.1

Raven is going to add this information to the artist rules when she gets the chance for future reference~
