The Coffee Shop

One day in a coffee shop, four kids meet.
Memories of these people flash through your mind. Then you here there name and everything makes sense.
These were your classmates from elementary school. People always say you never keep your friends from elementary school. But once you get too know these people you realize that you really want to hang out with them. When you leave the coffee shop you think you'll never see them again, until you get a job at the coffee shop and realize that they are your fellow co-workers! Super excited you all start hanging out with each other, but one boy and a girl take a rain check on the group 'activity' and go too a place just the two of them. So then the girl and the other boy go out to lunch, that turns into a date, that turns into a kiss. Now your all crushing on each other...
But when one girl gets fired for being late after a date, everything turns around, how do you guys keep up when your no longer working together?

1. This is a highly literate role play. If you don't know what literate means, stop right there.
2. This role play is open to all members of cs who can deliever about 8oo words per post. of course I understand if you're on mobile or too busy to deliver every once in a while, but please, try almost every time.
3. Too join you must submit a form to me on this thread. Nothing else. Then send me a pm, tagged with a practice post from a role play your in.
4. There are a total of twelve spots. So I expect two people per person. One girl for one boy and vice versa.
5. Work in progress forms will be accepted but we will start without you and continue role playing until you finish.
6. Actives is a huge rule here. Okay, I get it if your not on for one day. We all have a life out of cs. But that doesn't mean don't post without warning for the whole week! If you go on vacation, pm me so I don't have to kick you out. If your life just dramatically changed, pm me so I don't kick you. {you don't have to tell me why}
7. If you've read this far, pm me {along with your practice post and forms} the phrase; Latte to go- Please, it helps me know that you've read everything, and also so I don't have to not accept you.
8. I have total right to freely not accept your or vice versa.
9. I know this will be totally biased but I may look through your posts too, to judge your literacy level.
10. Yes, I'd love to have you be a mod. Do I need five million pm's asking for you to become a mod? No. So please, let me ask you. Not the other way around.

13. Please only quote your post every other page. Either that or pm the other person your roleplaying with telling them to respond!
14. Romance isn't a big part of this role play...But it's a pretty good looking chunk! I will not assign you a partner, I hope you come up with a cute yet interesting way for them to fall in love.
15. Do not start out with crushes, and please let triangles form. If your in a triangle and its formed around your character, please show no bias. It just crushes the other characters.
16. Bisexual and Homosexual guys and gals are allowed. In fact, wanted! They make it interesting!
17. Drama is the center of this role play. Drama takes up 75% of this role play. Romance takes up the other 25%. Drama as in the character that dies, make their last post freaking amazing. Throw in some danger! And maybe they had a crush or something! Make it spicy!!!
18. Fade to black when you know it's the right time.
19. In this role play everyone is split into their own little territory. Your characters either hate another person on the other side, love a person on the other side but your side is holding you back, or be in the neutral side but silently hate another side. Like I said! Make it spicy!

20. When you post your form, please put who your character is playing as {example; Silence is golden} at the subject part of the post. If you don't know what that is and your on the 'post' part look right above your text box. And huzzah!

21. I know this is going to sound super super bias...but...if I don't like your form or character, I won't accept you, I'm sorry, but I have a vision for what each character looks like, and um, hello? If your character does not fit the bill of what your character is supposed to be like...Access denied!
I wouldn't say make a whole new character based on what I'm saying, just....Edit the personality part of the form, okay? Alright! Time for characters!

When they were in school together, he was believed to be the super nerdy kid with all the medical issues. And was teased a lot too. But when they met him again, they saw that he was...well...almost like a male model. Since elementary school he's had this crush on this one quiet girl, who is now the most popular girl in their grades, and when he meets her again he is stunned. Wow, she is so pretty, is probably his first thought. They go out to dinner together first, leaving the other two behind. But when his date gets fired, after being late because of their date together, how does this affect their relationship?


Throughout elementary school, this girl has always believed she was never going to succeed. Of course she has always had secret hopes of being in Harvard one day. Since that first day of Middle school, she began her climb up the social ladder. Ditching her glasses, for sunglasses, all her plaid skirts for mini skirts, and everything that was uncool in her life was immediately made 'cool'. This girl was becoming someone she didn't want to be, something fake and hideous on the inside, but pretty and cool on the outside. When other girls would make snide remarks about someone's clothes or hair, or face in general she would always cringe inside wanting to run over and say sorry. Of course she never could because then that would risk her rung on the ladder...
By now she is a super hot is what the boys call her, and gets stares from all around. Ignoring the inappropriate stares was hard enough but when she meets that cool nerdy guy she knew throughout school, she feels so dirty and fake inside, like her whole life is a mistake on the outside. She really likes him, and her best friends that she also meets at the coffee shop, but is it too much that she gets fired for it?


The jock, as everyone called this boy, he was popular, smart,(not to smart), in with the 'ladies' and up just plain cool. Of course he teased most people, most of all was the cutter. He started a rumor that the scars on her skin were from a gross skin disease where if anything touched her she'd get cut really bad. After that everyone avoided her, even, sadly, some teachers who had heard the rumors. Now this boy has changed! He still plays basketball but is no longer popular, since some rumors were started about him and some boys took his place on popular ladder. Currently, he was just a nice kid. Nothing more nothing less. He really likes that one girl who works at the coffee shop, until he realizes she's that cutter girl he made fun of. When they to on that 'date' he just can't help it and kisses her. She doesn't want to admit it, but she does, she tells him she loves him, and that she forgave him for the things he did to her in school. And now they're inseparable, always working together, walking home together. And when one of the friends gets fired, it kind of affects their relationship. She becomes distant and he is less talkative. Can they repair the wrongs that have happened?
