About Fluffy Friends

Hiya! My name is Glimly, I am Story's Fluffy Friend! Also known as a Pygmy Puff* (but that's wizard talk... *shifty eyes*). Here you'll find many of my fuzzy cousins just bouncing to get a new home! Feel free to adopt a Fluffy that's here or to order a specially charmed *cough* I mean bred Fluffy of your very own!

There are several breeds that we provide here for your endless entertainment! Firstly, and most importantly, we have Pygmy Puffskeins(or Puffs)! Like me! They're the cutest tiny fluff-balls, about the size of your fist. They are the most energetic and the most friendly!
Next we have the regular Puffskeins which are bigger(about as large as a small cat). Some say that their fur is silkier, but I think that was started by a Puffskein...
Finally, we have the Caterpillar Puffskein which are a little smaller than the regular Puffskein round-wise but are about a foot in length. They are considered the most easy-going of the Puff family. They really are some of the easiest to get along with, even I have to admit that.

~Be not afraid! I'm pretty easy going myself, so please feel free to ask questions, chat with me or whatever and if you make a mistake, than you will get a polite remind. There should be no need for banning. :3~

~Only 10 Fluffy Friends per user. This does not include customs which are unlimited.~

~All Pygmy Puffs adopted from the previous shop are considered a part of this shop now even though their pages are not here. They can be bred like any other Puffskein. However, their owners will be treated as if they had never adopted before and the amount of Puffs they can adopt are reset to 10. If that doesn't make sense, then please just ask. ^-^~

"Will they grow?"

~Yes, they grow! ^^

"Can I make one of my bred Pygmy Puffs a PPS Puffy?"

~Yeah! There is a spell for that on the Shelf O' Spells. Feel free to purchase one! ^^

"How many Foofs do I get from a breeding?"

~Up to you: You can have as many as 1 to 3 Foofs or you can purchase a fertility potion which increases it to 4-6. I make up their designs but you can name them, adopt them out to other players or do whatever!

"Can I roleplay with my Pygmy Puff?"

~Yeah! Have fun! :3

"Is there a breed that is rarer than the rest?"

~Yes, Caterpillar Puffs are the rarest of the Puff family. Next come Puffskeins and finally the most common are the Pygmy Puffs. These rarities can be seen in breedings as well. If you breed a Caterpillar Puff with a Pygmy Puff then it is more likely that you will get all Pygmy Puffs from the litter. The more you have in a litter, though, the more chance you'll get a rarer breed.

You see before you an array of shimmering, floating... things. They sparkle and seem to be emitting a soft, musical hum. Story, the owner of the store, comes up behind you, smiling at your wonder over the sparkly objects.
"These are spells!" she explains with enthusiasm, "They can be purchased and applied to your Furry Friend or friends. They can alter or create! Whatever it is you need, they can do it."
She leaves you to ponder the shelf's contents.

This spell can be applied to an infant Puff to keep
it in its adorable baby stage. It can also be applied
to an adult Puff to make it revert back to its baby
stage.

Gender Swap Spell



There is a folded card in front of this shimmering
spell on which there is a description of the spell
and its price. It reads:

This spell changes the gender of a Puff, any Puff.
This way, if you have two girls that you think
would breed really well together, then you can
gender swap one of them to make breeding
possible. The gender swap is easy, so its cheap.

This bottom shelf is different, containing bowls and vases of what appear to be liquids. You read Patented Potions hovering in the air, as if by magic! Beneath the sign are... well... potions, you guess. Strange liquids that give off an odd perfume and strangely colored steams. There are labels on the containers and you read them...

Love Potion



When this potion is administered to two
Puffs, they will fall in love with each other
at once and produce offspring. This works
for any two Puffs, even if both are
different breeds. If the two are different
breeds, then the offspring could be either
breed, such as if the breeding were between
a Pygmy Puff and a Puffskein. There could
be a litter of three and there would be two
Pygmy Puffs and one Puffskein.

Hi. I just have a suggestion. I find this species interesting, and may like to have one. But I can't really see any of the adoptables because "Adopt Me" is written in such huge letters that it covers up most of the pet. I think you should move the "Adopt Me" sign over, or at least make it smaller, so that people can actually see the design of the pets.

Yeah... I agree. X3 I didn't realized that it would cover them up so very much when I first made them. Bleeeh... X3 I was waaaay too tired to fix it when I first realized. But it will be fixed before I make a new set. Thank you for the suggestion!

Aw Em Gee these are so adorable. I like the pygmy ones the most. I already love three of them! They're just SO CUTE.

I have to feature these in my original story, it'll be special and wonderful and CUTE.

These are taken from Harry Potter, right? At least the pygmy puffs and puffskeins are, though the puffskeins were actually a bit different if I remember correctly.
