Her smile was fake. Her voice was fake. It actually hurt Daimein inside a little that Kenji couldn't be honest with him. He looked away biting down firmly at the corner of his lip, his expression changed, almost as if he was getting angry. He slightly shook his head as he made eye contact with Kenji again. "No." His voice was firm. "You're not. Something is bothering you and you're gonna tell me right now what it is." Daimein had a few reasonable ideas what it could be but he wanted Kenji to tell him herself. He folded in his hands within hers holding them tightly.

Atticus Lawrence

The silence needed to be broken. He knew that they both felt awkward and uncomfortable. Rio looked as if something else was making her uncomfortable. She looked like she was scared. 'Hopefully she isn't frightened just by my mere presence.' Atticus quickly cleared his throat. "Miss Cassely. I'm assuming you're here for the children?" His voice seemed too harsh, not that it was intended but when Atticus was uncomfortable his tone seemed to grow more serious than it needed to be.

((Thank you ^^ And Battle isn't going dark, she's just angry. She's scared, but she doesn't want to show it so she masks it as anger. Halley... I have no idea where she is. I do know Ryn's with Tony. I have no idea where Max is either.))

Lily's voice snapped Battle out of her thoughts and her angry expression went away. "Hmm, the front entrance sounds a little obvious, but it's definitely a possibility. We should check out the trash tunnel first," Battle whispered back. She froze as she realized something. "This is the most focused I've ever been," she said shocked.

She nodded thinking about their plan some more and then looked up at Battle a bit confused by her statement. Lily smirked and then pushed her plate away. "I think this place is already starting to change you." Their lunch hour was over and it was time for recreation time. Lily showed Battle the way into the art room. There were about 15 other kids inside.

Rio tensed a bit when Atticus spoke, since his voice was rather ridged and harsh. She tried to calm herself and forget about the near accident that happened earlier. "Uh-Yes. That's right, Mr. Lawrence." She said her voice shaking a bit at the beginning but it evened out. "I'm sorry if I seem a bit shaken up. I almost got into a car wreck on the way here. My apologizes." Rio said calmly, and very business-like. She didn't want him thinking she was afraid of him now, though she was saddened that they wouldn't be able to be with each other. She understood why, or so she thought, but she still wanted to be with him. She knew he was trying to protect her, but he was her sense of safety.

Kenji was slightly surprised by his firm tone, but she understood that he could see through her. He did sound rather angry, but it was understandable. Kenji moved her eyes down to the floor, and her hands squeezed his slightly. "I'm sorry." Her voice now matched her mood; pathetic, weak, and hopeless, like a lost and scared child. "I shouldn't have-I just... I'm sorry.." Kenji wasn't acting like herself, she didn't feel like herself. She didn't know what to say other than apologize. Once again her hair had fallen in her face, and she was looking down again. "...So many things are screwed up... there's nothing I can do about any of it. I feel helpless right now..." Her voice was soft, but it was honest and true. Her body shook a bit now and, for some reason, Kenji felt like she was going to cry. To her, crying was showing weakness, that was something she was taught. She didn't cry, she fought back tears and shook her head a bit as she did so. What are you doing?! Stop it! Stop! She told herself, not knowing why she felt like this. You're so pathetic, stop it...

Raven laughed as Shayden and Bogie wrestled with each other on the floor, she slowly sat up, placing Mittens on the bed next to her. She got off the bed and walked over to the mini fridge she had, opening it she noticed that there wasn't much in it except for some beer, water, apples, donuts, and some grapes. "Wow I really don't have much in here... I need to go buy more food." She said and shut the mini fridge door and turned to look at Shayden. "Since I need to rest, can you go out and get us some food?" She asked and smiled, and started looking around at her mess of a home.

Saphire kept following the boys, until they went inside of a bar. She then stepped into an alley and leaned up against the wall, she was going to wait until they came out. She started to plan in her head what she was going to do to them.

(So um........ Hi -^^-"" I'm done with school now.. So.... Yeah. Did you guys miss me? Haha of course not this roleplay has been running fine without me.

So I've been reading through and noticed that a few of you had some questions about the placement of their characters since the roleplay just came out of "hibernation." To start, Dominic was still holding Ana and Violet captive for whatever reason... But now I assume he is busy training the new boys in his little group so that means Violet and Ana must have escaped somehow. Hana, Andy, Max, and Halley were last mentioned socializing with each other. Hana was laughing at Max, who was introducing himself as "Captain Terror." Andy was watching them, surprised that Hana had actually sort-of made a kind of social gesture. Halley was talking to Grace. Grace seems to have moved on since then, so now they (Halley, Andy, Hana, Max) are left to wander. Tony had left them (Halley, Andy, Hana, Max) to go find Daimein, and was with Daimein and Ryn for a while until Daimein went with the fox to find Kenji. Tony is left with Ryn now, and they're about to leave...? None of the others have found out about Cynthia and her evil plan that got Violet and Ana captured. So um.... Yeah...? mwahaha I graduated finally! Now I'm a freshman -w- That's besides the point, though. I'll reply to Pounce's post soon, but I'll have you guys know that for now I am running solely on my phone's 3G since there is no Internet)
