Posting-
{Very important rule}
I expect you to post more than two sentences, always use correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Those with more than one character can write less than those with only one. That's just fair. Spelling errors and occasional punctual mistakes are acceptable. After all, no one is perfect. No, your posts don't have to be fancy. Yes, this is semi-literate. I don't want to see stuff like: "Hes smled!" That's just completely unacceptable. If you post like that, then go find another roleplay, because you will not be accepted!

No one wants to read stuff like, ' My mother died during my birth, and my father left the family. My twin brother was killed in a car wreck. I slit my wrists, and want to commit suicide, but my friend wouldn't let me. Now, he's dead too, he drowned.' Nobody likes sob stories!! Minor tragedies are okay, for example: 'My father was in the U.S. Airforce. He's a hero, but he went M.I.A. in Afghanistan. I just hope he's okay. My mom and sister aren't taking it too well, but I'll take care of them no matter what!' Stuff like that is fine!

Inflexible

Rayven is a very stubborn and arrogant teenager. She hates being told what to do or being looked down upon. She does what she wants, despite whether her peers approve or not. Whatever she does is done completely on her own accord.

Aloof

This female is slightly reserved, but she doesn't necessarily try to be. She just seems to fly under everyone's radar. Very few people actually know her or recognize her. And that's just the way she likes it. Going through life unnoticed is surprisingly easy. She's figured out that if you wear a hoodie and put the hood up, you can go disregarded fairly well.

Adept

Rayven is a clever girl and she knows it. Using that to her advantage, she often wins at games of wit and intellect. She's always had decent grades in school, A's and B's is what she usually earns in classes. She is deftly able to twist or manipulate a situation to her advantage, even in bad situations.

Direct

During conversations she tends to be curt and blunt. Don't take it personally. Of course, she's polite and courteous to those who have earned her respect. She's usually brutally honest, and she will not consider lying or sugar-coating facts to spare your feelings. Her philosophy is a fairly simple one: lies will usually hurt oneself in the end more than the one you're lying to.

Apathetic

Rayven doesn't have a whole bunch of emotion. She is pretty passive, not quite caring about hurting other's feelings. That is mostly due to the way she was treated as a child. Nobody has [i]ever seen her cry.

Stable

It is difficult to get Rayven to snap at you when she's having a good day, but be careful; it is entirely possible. She can be rather aggressive, but she is physically and mentally unmovable.

Belligerent

Rayven's a very sarcastic person and quite enjoys arguing with other people. She usually wins those arguments too! She can be very difficult to get along with at times.

However, dig through her outer layer of hostility, and you'll find a heart of gold. Despite her many nasty qualities, she can be quite easy-going deep down. VERY deep down.

Well, if you're blind, I'm told I always have a peaceful yet distant look in my cold blue eyes. Not the calming kind of peaceful. It 's not a peaceful that comforts you and made you feel safe. It's another kind of peaceful, the kind that promises you no more pain, no more joy, no more anything. Like looking into a void with no beginning and no end. Oblivion. I'm also told that my features are very delicate, like they might shatter if I smiled. But I don't. Smile that is. At least, not often. My hair's as black as raven wings and my eyes are the palest of blues. My skin is very pale. Matches my eyes I suppose.

Weaknesses Rayven is a very anti-social person, and she has a much different view of the world compared to other's views and beliefs. She generally stands out in a crowd and she hates it. Also, she's claustrophobic. She has trouble communicating with other people. She has dyslexia, which makes it difficult for her to read aloud and along with that she has ADD which makes her very impatient.

Strengths Rayven is very witty. Her athletic, musical, and artistic abilities are above average (but she doesn't like sports anyway). She's a very talented artist, in most arts: writing, drawing, painting, playing instruments, etc.

As a child, Rayven was very eager to learn; desperate for any knowledge she could obtain. She was generally ahead of her classmates in absolutely everything. It seemed as though there were nothing she wasn't the best at. In academics, sports, art, humor, music, foreign languages, and even in singing she seemed to soar ahead of the others. She had many friends and was very social. Her family was supportive, constantly encouraging her.

During adolescence, Rayven continued to be extremely well-rounded, good at everything. She got her dog, Croatoan, who became her best friend. By this age, she spoke 3 languages. Her friends became distant, but she was still happy.

As a teenager, Rayven seemed to suddenly become increasingly worse at everything. That, or everybody else was beginning to catch up to her in skill. She was no longer at the top of her class. Many people became better at sports than she was--even her favorite, track. Her old friends were suddenly excelling at the fine arts, music and painting. People suddenly became very cold-hearted towards Rayven. Suddenly, she was alone. For the first time, she was struggling to catch up from others. She was bullied by people who had once been friends. Eventually, the way she was treated caused her to become rather numb towards the world. She continues to struggle with discovering what it means to be herself, but she constantly practices everything, hoping to one day catch up to, and then rocket past, her classmates and peers.
