I just put the pencil tool on size 1 and then put the Scattering and Spacing tools up to the max amount they could go. (1000% for Scattering and 100% for Spacing) For the feet I put a small band of white at the bottom and used the Smudge tool. ^^

Winter's Heart is a kind gentle mare,but just like the snow in winter,she can be unpredictable. One minute she could be happy,the next minute she's a raging storm. For this reason she doesn't have very many friends,only few can put up with her hard shell to see the goodness inside.



Winter grew up in royalty. She was the adopted daughter of Princess Snowy Dreams; the princess of winter. When Snowy found Winter,she was a small baby covered in snow. She quickly took the little filly to the castle,and took her to the royal emergency room to get her warm again. When the doctors took some blood samples,they found something really odd. Her blood was blue,and when they took it out of the needle,it froze into a snowflake. Then they x-rayed the child,where they found the child had two hearts; both beating in a similar melody. Snowy decided to keep her,and raise her as her own. She named the child Winter's Heart,for her unusual blood that seamed to flow like the snow,and her two hearts beat the beat of the winter's song.

Many years later,Winter was the only blank flank in the her school. She got made fun of a lot,mostly by the mean mares that were jealous that she was royalty. But she ignored them,tried best as she could to not start fights.

On one school morning the best and the worst happened for her. She was walking through the hallway when a mare bumped into her. She started yelling at her about how she could be careful and other random stuff. Then she punched Winter in the face,knocking her to the ground. "That'll teach ya not to mess with me" She growled,then walked off. Winter started to cry,but she felt no pain. She felt cold coming down her cheek. She opened her eyes and looked down to see what should've been blood,there were snowflakes. Now Winter had never known of her odd abilities until that very moment. She was confused. The more she

looked,the more she was confused. She felt a small tingle on her flank. She got up to inspect what it was. It was a blue snowflake with a heart in the middle. 'Well this can't be right,'she thought,'What does it mean?'


A few months later it was coming to winter. She had kept the school incident a secret to her mother,she didn't even know how to even talk about it. She hid her cutie mark by wearing her dresses a lot more than usual. Snowy's sisters surrounded her in circle formation. Autumn lit her horn and touched her horn to Snowy's,as she lit her horn up as well. The seasons changed,from fall to winter. It was a beautiful sight to watch.

"Mom,there's something I must tell you," Winter said to her mother as she was finishing the last snowflakes. "Yes,what do you need dear?" Snowy said with a smile. "Well,it's hard to explain,but...I'll just show you." Winter said with a sigh. She picked up a sharp rock,and cut her leg. "What the Stellis Are you-" Snowy started. "Oh. That. I've been meaning to tell you for awhile now..." Snowy looked down at the snowflakes falling down Winter's arm. "But there's more," Winter said. She ripped off the skirt off her sweater dress,and reviled her cutie mark. "When I found out,this appeared. So I did some experiments and..." she bent down to the snowflakes. She whispered to the snowflakes,"I wish for a teddy bear." The snowflakes danced and spinned around and a teddy beard appeared in their place. "Mother,you know how ponies wish on the snowflakes?" Winter said as she looked up at her mother. "I think my talent is to give up my blood so they can come true. That might be why I have two hearts...so I can withstand blood loss a lot longer." Her mother sighed and looked down at the ground. "I-I guess this must be true...alright. if you must."

Personality:

Frosted Soul is a bit mysterious. She acts very aloof around other ponies. She is shy, but the main reason for her aloofness is because she is extremely picky when choosing her friends, which is why she has only a handful. Its not that she's conceited, because she generally is very kind to anypony she meets, but she doesn't trust very many ponies. She's not constantly suspicious of people, but she doesn't like ponies who lie or put on a false face. She is a very motivated pony. Whenever she starts something, she works on it until its perfected. This trait has contributed to her talent's growth greatly.

History:

Frost's history is a bit rough. She grew up very close to her mother and brother because her father was rarely around. At the end of each day, he would remember he had a family to deal with and came back to the house drunk out of his mind. Soon, he was coming only about once a week. When he would come home, shouting would be constantly present between her father and mother. He would never hit her mother though, and Frost was very thankful for that, for her mother was very weak. One day, her father left the house raging and didn't come back. Frost ran to her mother with comforts and found her in complete shambles. "Its my fault." She said. Frost tried to console her, but she just continued to repeat the phrase "Its my fault." Frost became a bit irked and finally asked her mother "What's your fault?" She looked straight into Frost's eyes and said "He's never coming back." After a moment, the news sunk in. She didn't exactly love her father, but she still had a bond of sorts with him. "You just... let him leave?" She asked. Her mother nodded weakly. Frost began to worry for him, because she knew he had no place to go. She got up and followed after him, not exactly sure of what to do when she found him. After a while of searching, she caught sight of her father with another pony. "Its done." He said in a hushed voice. "That's okay. You can just stay with me." That voice was most definitely female. "I knew that." Her father chuckled and leaned into the other pony. They were kissing. Frost froze. She never thought her father would go so far as to have an affair. She never told her mother this; she figured she already knew. And if she didn't Frost wasn't going to be the one to tell her. She found comfort in art later on, specifically ice sculpting. It was her way of venting her feelings.

Talent:

Frost's talent is ice sculpting. She thinks ice is one of the most beautiful materials on earth, and she loves the feeling of it's coolness under her hooves. Over time, she has become one of the best ice sculptors in Equestria.
