"SHADE!" Chako yelled. The black dog ran as fast as he could. "Oh no, hemlock," he whispered. He picked up another herb from his package, and called, "Yuki!"

Akemi... was in pain.

"Akemi, do you want to die?" Shade asked. He called for Yuki so she wouldn't think he murdered young Akemi for pleasure.

"That's just stupid [censored]. That stupid kid is a spy." Rekuta didn't back down. "And anyway, he's dead."

Ink still hadn't woken up yet, but he did actually look dead because he wasn't moving.

Yuki shot out of a bush and ran up to Shade. "What's going on?!"

"Akemi is dying painfully. Do you want her to die swiftly or painfully?" Shade asked, agony shaking in his speech. It hurt to have to end the life of a patient. One near his own age at that.

Emmy Lashed, full force. Teeth were bared and blood was spilled on her moments. The Small rouge fox hadnt given up yet. Its claws flexed, and it showed Emmy how territorial it was. But it was so tiring, and she lost so much blood. "Leave!" Emmy screeched, bowling the fox over. Giving it vicious bite, and ripping clumps of fur, so much racket was going on. She needed help.

"But...Can't you save her?" Yuki whined, not wanting to have to witness Akemi's death...She could hear someone fighting with a fox nearby, but she half ignored it, worried about Akemi...

"I can't. Hemlock has no known cure and is fatal if ingested," Shade said, tears dribbling down his cheeks. He hated this part of his job.

Yuki didn't say anything...It felt like she would fall to pieces at any moment to see a pup die so young...

Joanie gave birth to one tiny puppy and instinctively started to lick it clean, smiling as it started to whimper. She nudged the newborn gently towards her belly and continued to lick it to keep it breathing. Suddenly, her head fell back and she started gasping for breath, she hadn't stopped bleeding from when the pup came. She was bleeding to death...

"H-here," Shade winced, nudging the fatal herb towards the dying pup.
