Tobi kept jumping back repeatedly, not noticing the person behind him until he bumped into that person, and Tobi and the person he bumped into both fell on the ground.

Tobi grabbed the kunai thrown at him, then turned around sharply to see who he had ran into, though he didn't have to do that, as he already saw sand beside of him.
