Spadestar shot up as commotion erupted through the mainland. Noise was everywhere, no silence remained. Starclan, please, no.. his heard raced as, on instinct, Spadestar raced toward the direction he had last seen Eaglestar. His heart thumped, and any moment the Waterclan leader thought it was going to burst from his chest. His eyes widened with horror as he approached the scene just in time to see Eaglestar plummet to the ground. With a low growl, Spadestar raced forward, his red eyes locked on the wolf. With a battle cry he leapt for it's neck, sinking his teeth deeper and deeper until all he could taste was blood from the creature.

• • •I grinned as Spadestar came. I raced up to the wolf, a great pain all over me. I could still barely move... Soaked and injured. But I trudged on. Zooming up to the wolf as it was distracted I Tore at it's flank. Blood spattered across the sodden ground, and the wolf yelpeed in pain. I grinned, flashing a wink at Spadestar.

Birchbark scented blood. He leapt straight up and raced towards the scent. He was one of the best scenters in the clan, because of his lack of hearing, his other senses were improved. "Eaglestar? Spadestar?"

Spadestar grinned at Eaglestar before giving one last huff and snapping the weak wolf's neck the wrong way. It gave a painful cry, and plumitted to the ground. With it's last few breaths, it grabbed hold of the unaware Waterclan leader and sent it's claws raking down Spadestar's side. The tom let out a yowl, stumbling backwards.

Birchbark raced over to the two leaders and let out a loud, "What in Starclan is this?" He sniffed Spadestar's scratches. "What happened here? Are you two alright?" The tom was grumpy.

Tawnypaw stared in horror as his leader was stacked by the wolf. He wanted to help her but a tom, Spadestar leader of Waterclan came to her help. He ran from the scene and stopped as he spotted the now dead wolfs hunting partner. It looked up at him with horrible eyes filled with cold evil. Tawnypaw ran and thought he may escape until he ran right into a large, straight wall of stone. He spun around and watched the wolf slowly approach, it's mouth opened as if to smirk at him. " Help me!" He yowled

• • • I perked my ears at the sound of a distant wail. I turned my head in that dorection. I sniffed the sir in a despret way. In my own black world, hearing a distant sound can seriously tug at curiousity. I set down the three mice slowly. "Did you hear that...?" I mewed slowly to Frostclaw, staring blankly into the sound of rain.

• • • I gasped as blood poured from Spadestar's side. The rain washed the blood onto the ground. It dreched and cleaned are pelts, but made a muddy, pool of bhlood around us. "Spadestar..." I mewed in worry as I ran up the tom. I winced in pain, nearly callopsing with the injury on my shoulder. Just then, a wail caught my ear. I raised my head, squinting in the through the pouring rain. I remembered that voice... Ringing through the rain like that day it rung through the forest. My eyes flicked wide. My heart rushed in realization. "Tawnypaw!" I gasped. There was no time to waste! I rushed over to Spadestar. Spadestar... Do you think you'll be strong enough to fight just one more...?" I asked, worry and fear flooding my eyes. The amber of my eyes glowed through the rain, sending a light to the Waterclan leader.

Tawnypaw knew he must fight, he wouldn't go down cowering in fear! he thought bravely. He dodged by the wolf's gruesome teeth and clawed it from its eye to its nose. It howled in pain and lashed out cutting Tawnpaw's shoulder with its canine tooth. Tawnpaw cried in pain, the cut was deep and he could feel the warm blood running from it already. He lunged forth and landed on the wolf's face, he held on and bit and clawed with his back feet. The wolf shook its head and tried to dislodge the thing causing it so much pain.
