There was no point in lying to myself anymore. I had a mild case of puppy love and at the moment the only side effect was possible death and crazy hallucinations. Storm wanted to kill her right then, but he knew that if he did then the white-coats would kill him. Butut the Same time he thought that maybe just maybe, did feel a little for her. "You've been cooped up in that lab for so long that you don't even know what to do with any emotion other than hatred. They don't care about you. His answer left me reeling with shock and I fought down an angry scream followed by some thrashing about. Instead I sighed softly and gave him a sad smile. "You don't have to do this you know. You don't have to hate me." My voice dropped to a soft whisper. "You can choose." Once again I kissed him not minding the feeling of my lips pressed against his mainly because I was too tired to really think about it anymore.
