Dex shrugged, "A year maybe. I dunno, I don't count and I don't leave camp so I don't know." She replied and dug for a burn salve. She pulled out a large jar and started spreading the contents on her burns.

"Especially when no one talks to you." Dextrin said and blinked. She should really pull her contacts out. She put the lid back on the jar before putting it away. She pulled the contacts case out of her bag before pulling out the green contacts, revealing amber-brown eyes. She blinked a few times to get use to the free feeling before putting the case away.

Nick looked at Dextrin. "You have brown eyes?"

Dextrin nodded, "Yeah." She answered and rubbed them for a moment to clear any spots before looking at him again. "I wear contacts to hide them." She told him. The pigments in her eyes were off, making her eyes look like a wolf's amber eyes because of the more prominent yellow pigmentation.
