Taika. But I usually just use Tai. ^^
I don't mind; like I said, it's pretty generic-sounding, though the spelling is a bit odd... Either way, I don't have a fear of giving out my name{s} on the internet- it's unlikely that anyone will ever find me, considering that I travel all the time, and never give out any specific locations. :3

My grandmother gave it to me. I'm really adopted, but she insisted on naming her grandchild. XD;; I believe it means "magic", but I don't really remember what language it originates from...

We'll be good, Emily~ Have fun at camp!

Hoshiko Taika ?

Whoa, your name is awesome, all of it. Seriously, do you know the origins of any of it?

*Is a name freak* I like knowing meanings behind names and stuff. Its really interesting especially since I have been name hunting for something for a while and finally stubmled across something that works.

The Leopard Pups
Grey, Black and White. The world revolves and we go with it. Twisting in this everlasting monotony, eyes of green and gold, watching and waiting for our chance, our time. Cytor, Liliana, Serenade, Bayonet, the Prankster, the sweet one, the mother and the lost soul. There birth was a lost event, one in a million, two wandering souls met in the shadows, and these four were created. There pups are the stuff of legend, one lost there sight, one lost there path, one lost there love and the other? The other lost his family, everyone they cared about. He lost his family.

Thanks Emily C:

I see your point, it would be a hard name to live up to. Expectations and all... but Taika is pretty different and cool as well. Not really a name we see down here in ol' georgia.

Pah, I can't even spell simple names. I live off of spellcheck!

I love my name, the whole thing. I just find it easier to use my middle name (it fits better I guess?)

Try a baby name site! There are like 100 on the internet xD *does this all the time to names*

@Kestral: Hoshiko is Japanese, I know; but like I said, I'm not quite sure on Taika...
I think it's Norwegian. I think. .-.

And don't worry, I am, too. XD I love looking up the meanings of my friends' names... It's rather fun, for some reason.
If you didn't know beforehand, Hoshiko means "star child". Hoshi being star and Ko being child. I like it, considering that I'm an astrology geek. |D

My heritage is supposedly French/Irish/English, so none of my names really... fit.

@Madame Butterfly: Ah, I misspell simple names all the time, too. ^^;; Thank God for spell-check, hm?

Ooh, Georgia! I'm down in the south right now, but not that far into it.
It's... really, really humid here. How do you survive in the summer? ._." Or is Georgia not that bad?
-knows nothing of the south-

@Emily: Shhh~ |D No telling.
But, hah, I didn't think my name would be that popular. <3

And thank you! I'm glad you like them. I'll have more sets coming eventually- I finally stopped procrastinating long enough to actually get something done. :3

I love procrastinating!

Yep, Georgia is hot and humid. When it is not humid, it is like the desert. We had some issues with a drought around a year or two ago (it had been going on for years) reaching its peak and drying up all our water supply! Lucky, some sort of miracle happened and it got all wet. Now it's horribly humid again. Its pretty bad. I love it here, because I love the heat, but for most of the population it really sucks. xD Also, our pollen levels are terrible. And next to Atlanta the smog levels are killer~~~

But I love it so! xD

Procrastinating is fun until you realize that you actually have to work. XD;;

@Burpigwet: Oh, I do, too! |D I still have sketchbooks full of unfinished things from back when I was... oh, ten or so. And almost all of my current pictures in my computer are unfinished. I can think of one from April that I really should work on, but my style has changed quite a bit and I don't feel like redrawing everything that I already have. =w=

@Kestral: Finish! That was it~ Thank you, I really couldn't remember. :3'' At least I got the meaning right?
I didn't know about the Chinese, though... :o

@Madame Butterfly: Ah, that is where we differ! I cannot stand the heat. I come from cold, snowy places high up in the mountains of the west. This kind of weather is completely opposite to what I'm used to. |3~
There's not that much pollution here; not that I can tell, at least. Supposedly it's pretty bad, but I can't tell at all. .-. I live in the middle of nowhere back home, so our pollution level is next to nothing there.
