Roger smiled back, and stretched out her arms as she yawned.
"So, Doctor," She said finally. "Tell me something about yourself." She paused, chewing on the inside of her cheek. "Unless you don't want to. If you don't want to, is fine, really."
Roger didn't want to be intrusive, though she was almost desperate to know more about the Doctor. Well, this Doctor. Even though she was sort of ok around Eight, she after all had been willing to go to him for help, she still thought he was kind of a jerk, and was feeling a little abandoned now that he was involved with Clara. She tried not to think about that, seeing as she sort of had been ignoring everybody else to be with Greg. She felt a little bad that she was now going to take up some of Eleven's time, especially because he was only here seeing as Roger had broken that poor, butter stealing, mule's wing. Roger quietly chastised herself, thinking that it wasn't ok for her to insult the pony after she had broken its wing. She wished she could find a happy medium, like she used to have, where it was mostly just one constant emotion. None of these outbursts of tears and fits of anger. She assumed, though, as she glanced along her body, looking at her belly, that it was going to be like this for a while. She smiled softy then, thinking of how nice it will be when she would be able to hold her baby in her arms and sing it lullabies. She hadn't really thought of being a mum before, at least not in the sense of actually having a child. She always thought she was destined to live alone, tending to other peoples kids, if she got to at all. It was nice to think she was going to have a child and someone to share them with.
In the vast universe, the history of humanity is
but a flash of light from a lone star.
The life of a single person should be
lost in space and time.
But among the stars, there is
one light that burns brighter than all others.
The light of Samus Aran.
Her battles extend beyond her life,
and etch themselves into history.
With the death of the planet Phaaze,
Samus Aran's arduous fight
against Phazon has ended.
However, in the vast
regions of space,
this victory is just a twinkle of a star,
spreading the light of hope
through the darkness.
