Melon turned and gasped "Hey! Its that puppy from before!" she turned to Rekuta "What should we do?" she asked her spiked collar glinting in the sunlight.

Suri,scarlets stolen daughter (who i am going to make a form for now...) lept at ink,pulling him away "Are you NUTS?"the black,half grown wolf growled at ink.

Ink couldn't hear what Suri had said and thought she was here to kill him.

"I dunno. Just leave him. Kids are stupid and stinky." Rekuta sighed.

Melon nodded. "Okay...So why don't you tell me whats wrong then Rekuta?" she asked in her luring tone.

(i forgot,storms kid is sasha,so scarlets was suri.)

Suri sighed,and picked the pup up,and paded back from the edge and sat it down,sniffing it,she realized something,and loooked down ^you cant hear me,can you?^ she wrote ^dont worry,my brother cant hear eather.^ she wrote.

Ink didn't write anything in reply, he just shakily stood up and limped back towards the edge with his head lowered.

"I'm always on about hating kids...But..." Rekuta paused as if he was hesitating. "...But I'd really want pups of my own...And most of the pups from our pack have been stolen by Storm Pack and Shadow Pack, and also loners..."

Melon felt a familar pang in her heart "I too want pups someday.." she murmmered "But I had a litter once. They were part wolf and part doberman like myself. My mate went to get food and was killed by a great dane. He came with his pregenet mate, a great dane as well, and killed my pups and drove me out. The turned my den into theirs and had three pups. Thats when I came here." She explained her voice barely a whisper. "So everytime a pup from our pack is stolen or killed, I feel horrible and wonder what I could have done to stop it." she finished and leaned into Rekuta, tears forming in her eyes. "I'm so sorry Rekuta..."

suri sighed,and picked ink up,and troted bck to storm camp,and set it down in her den,and sat in front of it,blocking the exit ^fell like no one cares?^ she asked

Ink didn't reply, he turned around so that he had his back to Suri.

Rekuta looked down at his paws with a sigh. "I know how you feel, Melon...My mate was the best in the world, she was so kind to me when I was upset, and we had two pups...But they were killed because they weren't 'good enough' for my old pack..."
