Chloe looked at Mason. "Haha because you didn't start any later than me and Maria did." She smirked.

Jackson laughed. "I'm still on the good list."

Mandy chuckled. "Well..." she said. "There's this boy at school," she told him. "I was planning on telling you soon, but he asked me to the dance next month."

Myles laughed.

Maria nodded at Jackson.

"Bedrooms can be just as bad." Chloe teased.

Mandy chuckled. "Oh, please? He's liked me ever since last year, and he's one of the real quiet people who don't have a lot of friends. I promised him I'd go."

Chloe laughed at Maria. "What room number was it?" She teased.

Jackson looked at Chloe, not liking the topic of their conversation, especially since he'd never done it, and him and Maria were now a couple.

Maria leaned in like she was gonna tell Chloe. "Noneya," she said, and smiled. She looked at Jackson. "You okay?" she asked.

Jackson got up. "Yeah. It's just really hot in here." He said, running out of the room.
