Vike looked up at her Cutter and sighed. "Training?' She said hopefully. She really needed to hit the books harder, but training was something she was good at. She still remembered the lonely nights and training, unlike books,helped her to forget them.

Zox looked around bored. There was nothing to do, and he had to mission to be on at the moment.

Requiem nodded and signed, " We will be doing battle training today."

Vike silently cheered in her head. She tilted her head and said, "When do we start master?"

" We've already started." Requiem signed, watching her. " Come at me."

Vike rasied her eyebrows. She drew her dagger and started at her master, a plan forming in her head.

Requiem plucked the longest string, and a music note floated out. It touched the side of her hand and exploded.

Vike looked own at her hand in surpise. That's new!she thought to her self. She was close enough to cut a string now, even though her hand burned. She swiped her blade across one string, careful not to make another note.
