The Doctor stood next to Xavia. "What do they want?" he asked her, curious to know what he'd missed. The Fenn weren't usually interested in people because people weren't worth anything, so they might let them go. They'd have to leave something valuable in return, however. The Doctor thought about what they could bargain with. They didn't have very much. If it didn't work out they could always just run, he thought. Perhaps that would be best. Most of the pirates had cleared out of the TARDIS, so they'd just have to grab Midnight and the other things they'd taken and leave. It shouldn't be too hard because the Fenn were already scared due to the magic screwdriver.

Xavia sighed, running a hand through her hair. "Um, don't freak out, yeah? They said they'll let you, Midnight, and the TARDIS go...in return for all the woman." She smiled sheepishly, "It'll be the biggest wedding in the galaxy." She muttered. The Time Lady rubbed her eyes, "Please tell me you can get us out of this? My 'future husband' kinda smells/"

((Willkommen, Kat~astrophe!))
Claire Ashdown
Claire smiled at Cat. The Doctor had freed her of the ropes, and she stood up. She stretched from one side to the other, then decided, just for the heck of it, to go through her taekwondo warm-up. She was able to defend herself without warming up, but as long as she was standing up with time on her hands, why not? She put her hands on her hips, nodding her head 'yes,' then shaking it 'no,' touching her ear to her shoulder, ear to shoulder. Next came the toe-heel raises for balance, then wrap-and-clap. She wrapped her arms around herself then stretched them behind her back. Repeat. Then she walked out into her splits. This was the hardest and had taken her about seven years to master. But now she was able to stay in the splits for an extended period of time without pulling any muscles. She walked out of her splits, returning to a normal standing position, now fully warmed up. Then she heard what Xavia was saying to the Doctor. What. Claire leaned around the Doctor so Xavia could see her and held up a hand, as if getting a teacher's attention. "Ahm, are 'the women' allowed to freak out? I don't really fancy marrying an alien bloke who had one of his friends knock me unconscious."

"Yes, I know. But you also know what that means, don't you? " The Doctor said in reply to his 'new' daughter. Then he turned back to Xavia, " Of course I will." he said with a smile. He looked back to the Fenn, who were all standing in a group in front of him at this point. "You can't have them." he said in Ontoguin, "And if you don't let us all go I will blow up this ship. " he threatened "This is your last chance! Are we free to go?" he asked. At the same time he sent a telepathic message to Xavia telling her to grab Midnight and the other things they'd stolen from the TARDIS, and run for it. He knew the other girls would follow her lead since they were new to all this, so he didn't need to send them messages also.
He was holding the sonic screwdriver behind his back just in case he really did have to blow up the ship or something, but he hoped he would only have to use it to blind them at most. Preparing for this, he set the screwdriver to the newly-added red setting. The light wasn't really 'red' but it had light beams that strongly affected the eyes of some species, the Fenn included. All he would have to do is hold it in front of them to blind them for a minute or two so he and his friends could get away safely. Still, they'd have to act fast if they expected to get everyone out in time.

Claire Ashdown
Claire's eyes widened. Would the Doctor really blow up the ship? Her newfound knowledge of the Time Lords and especially of him informed her that he wasn't a violent man. Maybe he had changed. Hopefully it was a bluff. Claire reasoned that the Doctor and Xavia had the most experience with these kinds of things, so she prepared herself to do whatever they did in the hopes of getting out alive and single.

Adelade beat on the side of the jar, hoping to topple it out of her captor's hands, but it was no use. She sighed, briefly considering growing. But, after what she had heard the others saying - she really didn't want to get involved. After all, being a nymph type creature had it's ups and downs. Plus. . .it would really hurt to smash that glass. Ugh, she really hoped this pirates didn't consider her to be one of those `goddess messenger` things. When she was around the Greeks in the past that really did become a problem. Midnight listened to the familiar voice, quieting down. She still whimpered, though, feeling intimidated with all the new smells and sensations of this place. It stank of. . .well, something she didn't like, and really didn't want to know the name of.
