So basically she uses electricity, and she can absorb it. She also has a few slowly developing powers that could grow in the future, like slight control over her molecular structure.

Berlin has short black hair with bangs side-parted, one side almost covers her left eye. She wears disguises at times because she is wanted dead or alive. She has pale skin. Her fangs are very small and can hardly be seen. Her usual outfit is a sweatshirt and skinny jeans with rips in them. She wears converse with the tops rolled down.
Personality: Berlin is actually very friendly. She is compassionate and has a weakness for small children and animals. Berlin takes advantage of her mortality by assassinating people who have done wrong (i.e. child abuse, domestic violence). Many of her "good deeds" are seen as criminal, and authorities have been hunting her for quite some time. Berlin is sharp and cunning though, and actually enjoys her job very much.
