I'm in love with my gay bestfriend. He's very.. loveable towards me. Very touchy-touchy, and we can talk about anything.
He acts very straight.
We have everything in common, and care so much for eachother.
We're both [removed] and always get into fights. In the end, though, it's impossible to live without eachother.

After Graduation in a few weeks [days], we're going to different schools and I probably won't see him.

He's so cocky, and thinks I'm in love with him. He's right, but I don't want to give him that [removed]. I have pride.

So I have a bit of a crush on a female friend of mine, and I'm a girl, I've never had feelings for the same gender before, so this is new. Anyway, she's straight and on April fools day I asked her out (best day to do this hands down xD) but she knew it was a joke and it's come up a few times and she's said she would be very creeped out if I had a crush on her. So I've got to get over her. But I still admire her romantically from afar on occasion, and I think that's healthy enough. Sometimes I think I'm in love with her, but I can never go anywhere with it. My friend went with this really cute boy to our formal dance this spring. She didn't like him and they were just good friends. I've been looking for someone new to like through my female friends (since I go to an all girl's school, I don't talk to many boys other than on Facebook). This Friday, my friend gave me the guy's number since we were talking about him. We've been texting since, and he texts a lot differently than he acts in real life. His texts are really boring and dull. When he asks questions, he never puts a question mark which makes his sentences sound really rude. I'm seeig him Wednesday and despite his boring texts, I'm really excited to see him. I just hope he isn't as boring as his texts are; he didn't seem as boring at the dance. He also told me I'm pretty, which made it seem like he likes me. And he's excited for Wednesday too, so I'm hoping everything is going to go okay! If anyone has any tips for me, I would truly appreciate them! (:

It may be awkward. But, think of what she is going through. You're experiencing a cakewalk in comparison. For her, there is no "win" scenario. So, yes. I may be awkward for you, but she's probably experiencing a rollercoaster of emotion that's not exactly easy in the first place, no less towards someone that doesn't share the emotions.

So, with a much more relevant topic, there's a guy. I know, I know, of COURSE there's a guy. Well, yes. Obviously though, he's not just any guy. He's my best friend. He's the person I'd do anything for. He's the love of my life. Please, excuse the cornyness of that statement, but I don't have any other way to put it. We talk every day for hours on end, whenever I see his face, I can't help but smile like a moron. He's always flirty with me, staring into my eyes as we talk, leaning against me when we talk, giving me his jacket when I'm cold, things like that. I know that he had a giant crush on me in 6th grade, but I didn't like him then. By 7th grade, he had given up on me, but my feelings were just beginning. It's the end of 8th grade now and my feelings just keep growing. All of my friends say that they think we're going to date eventually, so do my teachers. Many of my teachers have told me before that they think we're going to be married someday ( ). There's one problem though, he has a girlfriend. Lately though, he's been complaining about her constantly, although he won't break up with her as of now. Apparently he told one of my friends that he would date me when he was old enough to drive (next year!) but I don't know if he'll feel the same way then (even though I have no idea how he feels...). Every now and then I will just catch him gazing at me, a look of curiosity and confusion upon his face. When I ask him what he's thinking about he'll glance away and say that it's nothing. Any advice or ideas on what to do about this would be great!! Thanks for reading my extremely long dilemma...bye!!

You can't really do anything. He has a girlfriend. It's off limits until otherwise. If you think they'll break up, then wait it out.
