Thanks. My favourite part is the bit I've just got to writing. It goes something like this:

Hours later it began to get slightly warmer. From what Kyrie could tell, it was still England. Suddenly the van stopped and a guard opened the back doors. “Get out.” He snarled, and the twenty-four children slowly and stiffly got out, blinking into the sunlight. More guards appeared, coming from the nearest building. As Kyrie looked around, she gasped.

There were three buildings in front of them; two large ones, and a slightly smaller one. They were all white with red roofs. To the right was a large forest, and to the left were fields. The sky was blue with wisps of white clouds in the sky, and the grass was a lovely green colour.

Being shepherded in, the group of children grabbed onto their soul-shares and stayed as a large group. The guards led them to one of the largest buildings, and in there the children were split into gender. The nine girls were led into one half of the building, all gleaming white. The boys were led into the other half, and both groups looked back at the other. Then they both turned corners and they couldn’t see each other any longer.

A group of female scientists took over from the male ones, though the guards stayed. The scientists led the girls further along the corridor, and doors started appearing. Occasionally they would stop, and two girls would enter a room. Eventually there was only Kyrie, Molly and Kelly left. The scientists sighed, and let the three girls into the last room. Each girl warily walked into the room only to be met by five curious gazes. The same happened with the boys.
“Um, hello?” Kyrie said awkwardly, staying close to the two girls she had met just hours before.
“Hi.” The other five girls mumbled, and a light brown girl spoke. “Hiya! Welcome to the ‘Holding dorms’.” She rolled her eyes laughing. “I’m Georgia. My friends here are Charlotte, Shara, Robyn and Skye. What’re your names?” Georgia was curious, but polite. Her hair was incredibly black and shiny, and her eyes were a really dark brown.
Molly glanced at Kyrie, motioning for her to speak. Kyrie nodded slightly, and her voice was quite quiet. “I’m Kyrie, and these are my friends Molly and Kelly. What do you mean about the holding dorms?” She finished with the question, curiosity in her voice.
“She means that this is where we wait before we are taken away.” Skye’s voice was emotionless, and her brown eyes were covered with her long brown hair.
“Skye, don’t scare them.” Robyn nudged Skye, her short, wavy, black hair held back in a hair band.
“Taken away?” Molly asked, holding Kelly close to her.
“To be experimented on.” Charlotte said, her soul-share by the door, listening for people outside.
“My twin, Sierra, was taken away a few days ago.” Shara was almost whispering, clutching her soul-share extremely close. “We were exploring the forest, and they caught her. I got away without them noticing me. I haven’t seen her since.” She burst into tears, loud sobs echoing through the room.
“There, there Shara.” Georgia patted her hesitantly on the back as Skye hugged her. “We’ll find her.” She promised.
“Georgia May.” A cold male voice said from the door. Charlotte’s soul-share was being held by his soul-share, who was in the form of a bulldog. “And Charlotte Fox.” His mouth was set in a cruel smile, and four guards walked in. The two of them were terrified, but had to leave with them.

The group sat for hours, waiting for the girls to return.

But they never did.

It's the third chapter, but I've been going forward to different parts of the story and I've already written the end. There's a part somewhere in the middle saved on here, and I think I may post that later.

Read all of mine? Or ShadowSlayers? Mine's nowhere near finished, I only have the first three chapters and the prologue done.

Sort of. They take solid shapes even when you die. They're buried with you when you die. They can't actually read your mind, nor can they talk. They have laughs though, and names. Each one has a different laugh.

Thanks. You should read ShadowSlayers though, it's amazing. Different story lines, different story lines.

I have the story all planned out. :D I may reveal it later.
