Howling ghosts they reappear
In mountains that are stacked with fear
But you're a king and I'm a lionheart

And in the sea that's painted black,
Creatures lurk below the deck
But you're the king and I'm a lionheart

XD. Thanks. I quite liked it, and found it short enough to put in here. Most of my stories are horrors, and the main characters end up dead. The books I'm working on at the mo are a Trilogy. It's a romantic horror, and yes, they does die... :(
But they were too long. Each book is like, 200 pages long or something, and I couldn't be bothered to copy out an extract...

That's awesome. ^^; I wish my brother was an Hamster...*Sighs* if only. Ohh, romantic horror? Sounds good. Do you have any other...Storys? I would certainly love to read them. 200 pages? 0-0 Mine don't usually go more than a few!

XD. Practice makes perfect! And yes, it's ok. The main characters are an female assasin(Nina) and a vampire boy(Dave). Well, he doesn't know he's half vampire, and is a bit of a twerp. Basically, they end up stumbling upon each other, and well, it's a bit confusing to explain the plot. Let me give you the Prologue:
As I threw my knife against his neck and pierced his bare flesh, I watched the blood squirt from his veins with a gratifying squelching sound. It was a satisfying sight to know I had done my job well once again. I had just taken out an entire room filled with Heartache’s enemies. I knew I was one of his best agents. But he’d just never say it, considering my age.

I looked around at the blood sprayed around at the floor. My weapon of choice was the knife. I could never use a pistol. Too boring anyway. Besides, a knife was sharp, shiny, and had a soft and graspable handle. A gun has a cold, hard metal shell and can hold no memories whatsoever. Whereas a knife holds the blood and memories of old.

But really, I never wanted to live a life like this. No little girl ever has the dream of something like this. But when I was nine, I was orphaned. I never really remember them anyway, so it’s not really such a bigger deal.

This is just a small extract of the Prologue. It's like 5 pages long(the Prologue, not the story), so I'll just give you a snippit, for a feel of the story.

<3 That story was one of the best I've ever heard. And the second randomest one (Friend at school; Cyprus jumped through the forest of ninja trees and landed on the doorknob shape like a doorknob. You knew it was demented from the moment you read the first sentence >> but I kill people in it so it's allll good)

I'd love to see more of your work =D Horror stories are the best.

I think we all have our spur-of-the-moment stories going on in our heads, no? ;D The snippet is quite good! I'd love to read more, but due to the length...XD.

I'd happily read more. It's amazing, and my stories seem to be not quite as good as yours. 200 pages? I can read that much in under 2 hours.

XD. Yes. And it's a trilogy. Which means there's two more.

Nice. Maybe you'd like to hear part of the beginning of my story? I don't think it's a horror, but who am I to tell?

It's named Against your will, An Experiment. This is the prologue. Short, but sweet.

“AAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRGGGGGHHHHHHHH!” A scream split the night air. A girl’s scream shook the night, and laughter shook the building. A man with grey hair stood over the now unconscious girl, laughing maniacally. His soul-share was sitting in the corner with his eyes blinking drowsily. The man motioned for the guards to come in, and they took the girl away.

The girl was not the first child to go missing. She was not the first to be experimented on. She wasn’t even the first to die in the procedure. Children were going missing, and many didn’t know why. This man was cruel, but seemed to be nice to those who were nothing to do with his experiments.

He walked down the corridor, looking into the cells where the children were fearful, and the soul-shares were bristling with fear and anger. A small smirk slipped across his face as his feet echoed along the white corridor. His soul-sharer was the shape of a Bornean Clouded leopard, no taller than half the size of a normal one. The guards stood along the corridor, one to every three cells, and they all saluted him. This man was on the way to receive more children, and put them in the holding area before experimenting.
