I rub my stomach hungrily and get up out of the shallows of the pool. Luckily there's a concession stand here and the line is short. Plus, I have cash.
I giggle in a very girlish way as a lone kid jumps into the pool, splashing me and covering my dry hair with wet, smelly water. A minute later I have a hot dog and I'm happy as a lark.

He ran off to the pool and nervously trembled his fingers around the lock. He pulled out his key and the gate popped open to go into the pool. He picked a chair and set down his towel and crawled into the pool."Hnng" he squeaked as he hit the water...cold.
