Drocell grimanced, horrible memories getting dregged up. "thats sad.... shouldn't they receive a proper burial?" he asked quietly, hugging himself sadly. Death he could handle. Burning dead people...not so much.

William overheard Drocell's words. "Mr. Kainz," he said softly without turning to look at him, "This is a special case. There are far too many bodies; their families, if they have any-" His eyes flickered to the demon and shinigami, "-will find out about this soon enough." He pulled out his 'To Die' list and checked for names, many of which had only appeared seconds ago. He starred the names and made a note to do something about what had happened.

Slash stood up and in the blink of an eye was gone. The male laughed now a few blocks away.


Max slept soundly, having messed up dreams about that afternoons events.
