I had to do a book report be designing a new cover for a book, I chose The Hunger Games(DUH) and then I just did a fancy title and did flames around the edge, then the little crop circle things from the original books, then in the center, an outline of the bird from mockingjay. IT WAS AWESOME!!!

I'm reading The Hunger Games for the second time, started it this morning and I'm halfway through it. I'm getting my friend to lend me Catching Fire again.

Yay, I have some HG fan-fic. I suck at writing, but here you all are. My best friend and I have made our own Hunger Games versions of ourselves, mine is 13-year-old Kestrel Fairwin from District 4. She has jet-black hair, ice blue eyes, and pale skin. Her twin, Robin and older brother Leo, are the pride of her parents, and they shower them with gifts while she's stuck doing all the family's chores at home and fishing. She and her brother Robin get chosen for the Hunger Games, where she finds the perfect opportunity to take revenge on her parents by killing her brother where they can see her. So anyways, here's a little confrontation they had, which is NOT finished. I plan on making a character profile, too. =D Anyone else have a HG side?

The wind blew through his black hair. He hadn’t heard me coming. I held a long club in my right hand, which had a gash in it all the way to my forearm. It took all my courage to raise my voice. “Robin.” My twin whirled around, a flash of panic in his ice blue eyes. I flipped my hair.
“Oh, hello Kestrel.” He smirked. “Fancy seeing you in the Games.” I winced. I hated my stupid, spoiled brother. My parents loved him, and my older brother Leo. “As you,” I replied, hardly choking down my hatred. “In case you’re wondering, dear brother, I didn’t come for an allegiance.”
“Really? I was so hoping I didn’t have to join the Careers.”
“No use. I’ve killed the male and female from 1. The female from 2. The male from two is grieving. I plan to get him next.”
“So, are you allied now?”
“Yes. And you will never know who it is.”
“Why’s that?”
“I’ve come,” I said, “to kill you.”
“Well now Kestrel, we can’t have that.” He winked. Robin’s hand went to his belt buckle and he whipped out a long, expertly-sharpened knife.

I thought that was superb! My Hunger Games character is 13 year old Nan Weatherall from District 5 (widely accepted as the math district). She has red hair and green eyes. She doesn't look like me, I only wish I had red hair and green eyes.

OMG I love the hunger games I can't wait for moskingjay to come out I got the book on pre-order like four mounths ago. I hope kataniss falls for gale rather then petta, after all she was going to kill petta in the end of the second book.
