Cirius's big blue eyes stared around him like saucers. He looked permanently fascinated by the world around him. He fluffed up his cloud-like fur and began to trot around camp with a comical expression on his face.

Wolfstar stood on the highest branch of the highest tree, over-looking the camp with a satisfied smile. This was his clan. Windclan. And he was proud of it.

Seerflash was talking to Ravenswoop and Tigerstrike. The siblings all looked strangely exited, their eyes big and sparkling and huge smiles sprawling across their faces.

Applefern 's stomach pained she howled for help, she had been without a medicine cat when going for a walk and she had been stuck for hours.

Seerflash left her siblings and hurried into the woods, apologising swiftly and sincerely. She could hear yowling further on so she sped up, her heart racing and a pounding in her ears.

Applefern tried to breath slowly remembering her medicine cat training and.the gore of watching Morninglight's litter be born, she clamped her jaw around a stick.

Seerflash rounded a tree. She saw Applefern with a stick clenched between her jaws and her sides heaving. "Applefern," The medicine cat called her former apprentice, crouching down next to her. All she could find around this area was a few raspberry leaves and some borage. She pushed the leaves towards the birthing queen. "It's okay. Eat these.".

Applefern didn't hesitate, she immediately dropped the stick and licked up the herbs. Then she blacked out.
