you've never thought you were normal. since the day you started school and maybe even before that, you were positive about it. every time you were around a certain thing, a certain element you could say, strange things would happen. it got you kicked out of school a few times, even though you weren't that bad of a kid. you didn't know what was happening. no one did. not your parents, your teachers, no one. and because of it, your parents relocated a few times, am i right? but every school you went to, every town you moved to, even perhaps a new state you relocated to, the strange things kept happening. it wasn't the same every time. just the same energy. the same element. people called you a freak because of it, i'm sure. they made fun of you to the point when you actually wanted to leave the school. wondering how i know? because i went through the same thing. the same process of getting kicked out of schools and moving from town to town because of it. but now you've moved to kingsbrooke. there's a lot of us here. a lot of who here? you'll find out soon enough. but you were right. you're not normal.

ｆｉｒｅ- the elementals of the fire element are extremely feisty. this means the don't like to be messed with at all. that being said, do joke around with them about things they are sensitive about. the fire elementals aren't very calm people, rather very anger most of the time. although, they do love to hang around with others and make friends. they are natural enemies with the elementals of the water element and can manipulate fire.









ｗａｔｅｒ- the element of water and it's users are very calm, the exact opposite of the fire elementals. they are very easy-going and don't really pay much attention to anything going on. the elementals are known to be almost what you could call peace keepers. they like to solve issues between others, especially with the fire elementals. although they have nothing against the fire elementals, they are natural enemies with them and can control water.








ｅａｒｔｈ- these are the earth-loving ones! the elementals of the earth element love to be outside, preferably in a forest or somewhere where trees and plants grow non-stop. these nature lovers are very loving people and get along great with everyone. they are never ones to cause fights and are rather very patient and wait them out. they are very strong and independent people. these elementals can use the earth, such as plates and trees, to their advantage.







ａｉｒ- this element and it's users are very bipolar. what that means is really, their personalities change like the wind. one day, they are calm and loving people, but the next, they can be angry and extremely agitated. this being said, the elementals of air believe they are free to do what every they please. freedom is something they are drawn to and it's in their nature to want it. these elementals can control the air and wind.






ｌｉｇｈｔ- the light elementals are probably what you would really call, a shining star. these people are always the brightest and happiest people in a room. they can light up everyone's souls and put them all in a good mood. therefore, it's obvious their natural enemies would be the elements of darkness. they dampen their bright spirits and the light elementals greatly dislike it. als, these elementals can use the light, sunshine, and sun rays to their own benefit.







ｄａｒｋｎｅｓｓ- the element of darkness and it's users are very reserved. they don't like to be bothered or messed with. the elementals of darkness don't have many friends, only a few that stick to them. usually, these are the elementals that have had it the hardest. their parents had most likely divorced, or either they had had a harder time at school then most elementals. they hate the brightness of day and prefer the night time, which the light elementals are petrified of. they are enemies with the light elementals and can control the forces of darkness.






ｍｅｔａｌ- well, i guess we should move on to the metal elements. these people are extremely strong, either psychically or mentally. they are hard-headed and won't believe anything you tell them without some kind of facts. as well, these are the rebels of any group, and feel they are free to do what they please. they believe they are in fact, the best and won't back down to anything other then that. these elementals can control metal and manipulate it to whatever they choose.







ｅｎｅｒｇｙ- the elementals of the energy element are as the element says, full of energy! these people are extremely energetic and are always up for anything! they're like sparks of electricity, always setting the other ones off. because of their personality, they really have no enemies. these elementals can control energy forces, such as lighting and electrical wires.

okay guys! so basically, this is an elemental roleplay. that mean your character can control one of the elements! cool, right? but notice how i said one. nobody can have double elements. it just wouldn't be fair. anyhow, there really is no plot line, other then all the elementals currently live in kingsbrooke! somehow, they all came and settled there, and there haven't been many mishaps in kingsbrooke as the other towns, so yeah!there can be romance between two different elementals if you choose. (; also, most of the elementals have had a lot of trouble in school, so just remember our character has to have at least one mishap at a certain school or town. got it? if you have any questions, pm me!

- Follow all of Tess's rules! She is the owner of the site, and we wouldn't want to get shut down because one person was not following the rules, would we? Her rules are the most important on the site, so please follow them guys! They're super important!
- I am the owner of this roleplay, along with my co-owner, [в ι я d.]. You are to respect both of us, and please don't argue with us. Trust me, it won't end well. We own the roleplay, it'd just be best. [в ι я d.] as I said earlier, is the co-owner of the thread. This means she can do everything I can, except edit main posts. If she feels you're ready, she may accept you. Treat her the same way you would if she had made the thread. It is possible that I might appoint a mini-mod, if we get a lot of members. DO NOT ASK to become a mini-mod unless you have been on this roleplay for quite some time or I have roleplayed with you before. [в ι я d.] and I will decide together if you will be a good mini-mod.
- No cursing! I understand some of you don't care, but I do! Also, the stared out cuss words are the same. I can still see what you meant, so just don't do it. There are also children on this site, so respect that.
- Absolutely no god-mod or power-playing. Your character and their element cannot be the best. We have to be equal. Yes, certain elements can bet others, but you are not the best!
- Don't join, and never come back. I have put a lot of time and work into this roleplay, and I would hate to see this happen. If you have to leave due to whatever reason, PM me.
- Keep it appropriate! If needed, fade it out or time-skip. This really shouldn't happen due to it being a site that children are on also.
- Don't let you characters fall for each other. Where's the fun in that?
- This is a semi-literate to literate roleplay. You must have 6-10 lines per post, or about 1-2 good paragraphs. Writer's block is understood, but you should still be able to write at least 2 lines. This being said, try to make your posts pretty and don't use hard to read colors. It irritates some people's eyes, mine included. Fontmeme is no longer allowed, so just remember that and don't use it in every single one of your posts, pictures included.
- Drama is encouraged! This is an elemental role-play and were would the fun be if our characters didn't have any drama?
- There can only be 2 character's per element, one male one female. Keeps the genders balanced.
- Lastly, have fun! Stupid, I know, but whatever!

and this would be memory. memory adele black. her mother gave her this name right before she died. her father told her she was given the name to represent good things that had happened. her name resembled her, as she was indeed a memory and parts of many others in her father's life. memory's middle name, adele, is a family name and is was her great-grandmother's name. her father admired the old women throughout his childhood and decided that his daughter's middle name should honor her. and of course, we come to memory's last name, black. it is her father's last name and was his father's last name and so forth. it is an old english last name, carried down through her family tree.

memory's nickname is mems. her two best friends, nico and harley, wanted to give her a nickname, but memory was clueless, so they chose the nickname mems for her. memory quite likes her nickname, and feels that it suits her. really, it's just a shortened version of her full name, so it's not that big of a deal.

to start off, memory is a very shy and reserved person. she doesn't like to meet new people or make new friends, and prefers to stick to the ones she already has. that being said, she doesn't like to talk to anyone other then her friends. so obviously, memory has only every really opened up to her best friend, harley. she has told her other best friend, and Harley's twin, nico, loads, but just not everything. not only is she shy, but she can be really rude at times. severely rude. maybe even to the point where she can make people cry, but it all goes together. she doesn't like to meet new people, so the rudeness is avoided. but if you get all up in her face, trying to be a jerk or whatever, of course she'll go off on you! any normal person would! the patient side of her will most likely try to ask you to leave without a fight, but hey, if you're just a stubborn person, sorry. memory will tear your head off. although, even though she is shy and sweet towards her friends, like chick has a rebellious side. she'll try just about anything, but remember, only if she wants to.

memory is a darkness elemental. yes yes, i know you might think she's a scary type of person with no life and no friends. well, you're wrong. memory does indeed have friends and a life and loves her element. she is one of the only elementals fully capable of being able to totally control her element. when i say control, i mean that memory can control the shadows and well, darkness. she can really only use her powers at night or on a dark day, or really, where ever it's dark! she uses her hands to control them, like most elementals do and they just respond to her. simple as that.
