The frame rate in animation deals with how many frames per second (fps) the animation shows. In Flash, you generally deal with 12 fps or 24 fps

If you were me, it'd be strange, and involve violent tempers that cause peices of earth to move. But that's cause I'm weird. This would only aply to stone, plant matter or other elements woulden't be affectable.
