(Oh, he'll tell him all right. xP He's probably going to boss England around in front of him too since he's a jerk like that. ^^)
France smiled endearingly at the child, then hummed, looking at England. "Well, it would seem she wants some tea; you'd better go make some for her," he chimed. He seemed a little confused, though, when England asked him if he would actually tell him. "What? Of course I'll tell you. We'll both hold up our end of the bargain, but I was thinking that you'd rather I told you when nobody was around to tease you about it later," he told him; that was actually his plan, but he supposed that England did have reason to be as suspicious as he was. "I promise that I won't pretend to forget," he added, deadpanning.
★O beautiful for spacious skies,
For amber waves of grain,
For purple mountain majesties
Above the fruited plain!
America! America! God shed His grace on thee,
And crown thy good with brotherhood
From sea to shining sea!
★O beautiful for pilgrim feet,
Whose stern impassion'd stress
A thoroughfare for freedom beat
Across the wilderness!
America! America! God mend thine ev'ry flaw,
Confirm thy soul in self-control,
Thy liberty in law!
★O beautiful for heroes proved
In liberating strife,
Who more than self their country loved,
And mercy more than life!
America! America! May God thy gold refine
Till all success be nobleness,
And ev'ry gain divine!
★O Beautiful for patriot dream
That sees beyond the years
Thine alabaster cities gleam,
Undimmed by human tears!
America! America! God shed His grace on thee,
And crown thy good with brotherhood
From sea to shining sea!

((Oh, I'm sure Iggy'll appreciate that xD))
England heaved a heavy sigh, not too keen on hearing how bossy France already sounded. Why did I suggest this..? He thought to himself, deadpanning. But with the Frenchman's assurance, and reasoning for not speaking about it sooner, he soon felt grateful that Francis hadn't gone spouting out information on him with all these others around. "Fine, fine... Don't get your panties in a twist. I'll have to go to my dorm and- ..." He trailed off, realizing that Russia might just be there, unpacking more of his things or something. "On second thought, could I use your dorm?" He asked, hopeful the answer would be a yes. He'd still have to get the ingredients and such from his own things, but if Russia was in the room, he'd be sure to mess something up while actually preparing the tea. At the older nation's reassurance, he nodded. "Alright... Good," He murmered, smiling a little when the girl so happily thanked him for making the tea for her. "No problem at all, love~" He replied, at last glancing at North Korea. "Of course~ I would be asking for assistance if otherwise." He said.

(Hehe, I bet... But he probably actually won't enjoy it at all. x3)
France huffed a little. "Don't say something like that," he mumbled to the Brit, having assumed that the Englishman might've been a little more respectful towards him, but apparently not. He wouldn't bring out the whip and paddle for it, though; it wasn't really worth it. "Ah... Is Angleterre afraid of working with Russia there?' he teased, smirking a little at the Englishman- he'd still poke fun at him. "All right, you can use my dorm... Just because you'll probably make bad tea if you're too nervous to concentrate," he said, then looked over at Pyongyang. "Hm? Where did you learn that from, Pyongyang..?" he asked the girl; it had sounded a lot like what South Korea would say.

((Nope, not at all xD The poor guy...))
England chuckled softly at France's reaction to his rather rebelliant reply, smiling to himself. "Why not? Did I get your brand of undergarments wrong? Don't tell me you wear thongs?" He couldn't help but tease the other-- just a little 'revenge' before having likely the most embarrassing day of his life thanks to his boldness. His smile, however, faded as the other teased him over Russia. "S-shut up!" He complained, then sighed softly in attempts to calm himself down. "Do you have the key? I might just need that if you want me to make the tea." He inquired, raising a brow.

France raised a brow at the Englishman, though he soon returned the smile. "Oh, but if you're so curious about it, then you could've just waited until tonight to mention it; then I might show you," he replied, this time perfectly prepared to respond to the teasing accordingly. At the other's complaint, his smile widened, and he nodded when England made the inquiry. "Oui, it's in my left pocket," he said. After all, he was still holding the child-- he wasn't about to jeopardize dropping her just to toss Arthur the key. However, he had perhaps lied to the Brit; the dorm key was actually in his right pocket, but he'd lied to England just for the sake of teasing him about reaching into the wrong pocket later.
