Sparrow checked to see if the door to Ray's house was open but then remembered the doorbell.She pressed on it and waited a while.

Carter returned shortly with a sack of groceries and stepped into his house. He lay them on the counter and then brought out the grill so it would be ready for tomorrow.

Ray quickly ran down stairs, he opened the door and smile "heyy" he said and walked away leaving the door open.
