Oh my god, I was able to draw the largest one of my dragons in the chibi painter (and I'm usually bad when it comes to drawing on a small canvas, especially if I'm supposed to make lots of details)! I can't believe it!
Why did I get so serious with this picture? I had originally planned to just draw Fallen as a chibi because I needed to express some of my hapiness over the fact that some people seemed to really like the Yozora Kitsune I designed yesterday (i.e. the one in my signature) and I felt like freaking out a little because of it. But I guess that the chibi version of him turned to dust right after I had finished with the sketch.
I also needed to find some inspiration for me to be able to finish a really old picture that I still have to finish, the one where Fallen breaks free from underneath some ashes and dirt... And truthfully I also needed something (in this case someone) that could help me snap out of my current "doubting everything I draw"-period and make me dare to try again to post something in intermediate... It was when I had finished eating the dinner that I realized something... Dragons are the only creatures that I can draw without failing all too much... So mods, if you feel the need to move this picture, please move it to "sketches and experiments"... Because that's where I originally had planned to post this picture - until I realized how much I liked it and how pretty I thought this turned out...
Fallen belongs to me. ©
