Winter was sleeping in her healer's den, relaxing. She was a pretty young healer, but skilled. She was waiting for Shadow to finish Guard duty, to come visit.

Shadow sat at the entrence of their camp, watching. He was almost done, and could go back to visit his little sister.

Othala slid from her den, stretching each of her muscled limbs as she walked. She was quickly joined by her silvery-gray pup Skylett, who was happily bounding alongside the jet-black she-wolf. "Skylett," She murmured gently to the pup, who was staring eagerly up at her. "Why don't you go see what Winter is up to? See if she needs any help." She smiled.

"OK mother!" Skylett yipped happily, turning tail and bounding happily towards the healer's den. Poking her head in through the lichen covering the entrance, Skylett smiled happily. "Winter!" She yipped. "Are you awake?"

Winter looked up at Skylett and nodded her head. "Yeah. I was just waiting for Shadow to stop by." she said, as she got up. "What do you need, Skylett?" she asked, happily.

Shadow was almost finished with his guard duty, as he waited was eager to go visit his sister to see what she was up to.

Skylett bounded happily into the den, tail wagging happily. "I was wondering if you needed any help!" She smiled. She looked around, analyzing the den; she'd never really been in this den before. "Do you need help gathering supplies or cleaning?" She asked, eager to help.

Othala grew restless, and decided she would hunt. She padded silently from camp, giving Shadow a nod as she left. Once she was out and about, she was filled with a new energy. Smiling happily to herself, and loped off into the woods, head high, trying to catch a scent.

Shadow nodded and walked into Winter's den. "What're you doing?"

Skylett smiled happily and bounded over to the pile of herbs, not noticing Shadow walk in. Bobbing her head slightly as she sorted different herbs into separate piles. She wagged her tail a bit as she worked, humming a tune in her head.

Othala caught the scent of rabbit. Stalking silently up in a semi-circle around the prey, the lowered her body, hiding her scent. Creeping forward, she pushed forward, racing after the brown rabbit. Quickly catching it and killing it with a swift bite to the neck, the Alphess held up her prize triumphantly.
