So I am a bit confused....
What can/cant we do in this thread?
What can/cant we do in the other thread?

Also, I think it would cut down on the spam if we had people use the "connect with MLP arists" thread when asking for art. It can get a bit annoying when a request to do art is quoted 10 times when there is a thread already made for asking people to do art.

Aside from the fact she is part of a tribe of wild Amazon-like ponies, it's a blank canvas. But i do have the idea her tribe lives in 'primitive' huts in the jungle and are unusually strong ponies, but there are no winged or horned horses in her species.

Still looking for a backstory and species for Ziszya Quetzalwing, the jungle-looking pony.

The artwork thread is for now showing off art- and connecting with other artists to make Art orders and deals of their ponies.
On there- We couldn't speak about a ponies background, or post OC roleplays- or post a story with our OC'S.
The other thread is FOR ART ONLY ^^ And for connecting with MLP artists....
On here-
we can do all of that. Find special someponies for our OC'S, Post OC roleplays, Talk about out OC'S- Etc <3

So I am trying to figure out how Coral's breath holding spell works.
So far all I have figured out is that it can make her stay underwater for a long time before having to go to the surface again.

I would like the spell to last longer than an oxygen tank would, otherwise she could just use that. I also thought about her being able to cast the spell on herself and others but since that would use more magic it wouldnt last as long as if she had cast it on herself.


I dont know if i want her magic to surround her head like a bubble OR make magic gills on her neck.
Thoughts?

I was reading this and I thought that it was pretty cool so I thought about it for a while and I'd say go with the gills because the bubble just seams unbelievable seeing as it wouldn't be able to create new oxygen for her to breath in while the gills would very believably be able to do so. Plus they would definitely last longer than the oxygen tank so long as her magic allows the to stay, also with the bubble if you ever want to draw her under the water it may get in the way of her hair...which she has pretty short hair if I remember correctly (Sorry if I don't x.x) But say you want to draw her and her friend underwater but her friend has long hair the bubble would make things slightly more complicated. Anyway this was just my input I hope it helps. ^-^

Or maybe it could create what looks and works like a bubble, but when she inhales, the outer edges of the bubble turns into oxygen, and when she exhales the carbon dioxide sinks to the bottom of the bubble and turn into water.

I am glad yall liked the idea. I was afraid it was going to sound mary-sueish.

I do like the bubble idea but I think I will go with the gills.
Party because the hair idea makes sense and because gills seems more appropriate for a fish loving pony.

Yup, finally have my computer back, or I would have posted hours ago. XD
And, I'm getting caught up on all gifts for people so I can finish all my auction designs. They'll most likely go for a mix of DA points, CS stuff, and possibly high quality characters.

On the other hand, I'm working on Turtle's backstory a bit more....

Out of all her siblings, Turtle was most definitely the one to march to the beat of her own drum. First of all, she was born in bizarre colors in comparison to her mother, father, and siblings. Her curls starkly defined were different than the wavy or straight hair of the rest of her family, and she was extremely outspoken from the start.

The artist said I could "Do whatever I wanted" with the art, charrie, and base. (I have messaged her thought just to double check that what I have done is okay) So I VERY quickly edited her. What do you guys think? Her name is Vanilla Salt.

Her story:
She lives with her eldest sister, who works at a cafe' to support them since their parents passed away. Her younger sister enjoys dressing up and is very intro drama ^^
VANILLA SALT:
She is a tom-boy who since her parents have passed away, has become quite rebellious. She dies her mane this colour (Thought it would explain it?). She skips classes, talks back and rebels. She hides all her feelings under this mask because its easier to deal with them this way. She argues constantly with her elder sister- but they still love one another very much, even if its not said THAT often.

ANY IDEAS FOR HER. AT ALL. Are wanted! D:
