The Forgotten Pearl (Semi-Lit+ Pokemon Adventure, Accepting)

((If you want two totodiles on your team,then he can join. I just didn't want to seem like my characters HAD to stick together no matter what and be excluded from the other pokemon,so I was just going to have him stalk behind other teams by himself. x3 But if you don't mind, then Leo would love to join))

Pip pondered for a moment."Well, I don't know if we could think one up with our types. After all, we are a combination of poison and water...I'm fine with anything." Then Pip thought of something. "Your names are King and Queenie; We could call ourselves Team Royal."

He cocked his head when he saw the male nidoran wrestle with the bag and all the supplies tumble out. Having a guess, Pip went on,"I bet we could find some more berries out in the journey.I don't have much experience with them myself, but like Cheri berries and Pecha berries..." The totodile stopped talking, and then started fiddling with a small pebble between his finger.After finally just joining a team, he didn't want them to think he was a chatterbox and throw him out. He forgot all about Leo as well.Oh well.

And meanwhile, the other totodile twin was sitting slumped by the side of the cave, thinking he would leave on his own...After all, he was strong enough.

(( I figured this was easier than editing my last post. I was stupid last time. xD ))
Spark bounded in front of Damien then Sora, and leading the crew into the path that Sora was headed to first. It looked like a forest was up ahead, which made Spark even more excited. Inside the forest came noises like chirps. What lay hidden inside was to find out on their adventure. The Shinx turned his head back to his teammates to make sure they followed. As Spark went in the forest, it grew dark, making it hard to see. He smiled to himself and used discharge. An electric circle formed around him. The surrounding forest became illuminated. "Hey guys! C'mon!" he yelled. "I figured out how to see in the darkness!"

"Coming!" Sora meowed cheerfully, springing forward. The dark forest didn't even scare him. What was in here? A few bugs, maybe a bird or two. They would have no problem in here. "That's great, Spark!" he exclaimed as Spark made the forest brighter. "We'll have no trouble pulling ahead." he laughed.

Anbu nodded, he was sure that all of the Pokemon would be defeated before they caused any real damage anyway. He stifled a sigh and looked towards the forest path. Some Pokemon were already getting moving. Soon, he was sure his team would too.

Queenie smiled at the name, "That has a nice ring to it." she said then said it to herself, "Team Royal. Yes I deffinently like it, but... who should be team leader?" she asked, a small, almost petite frown appeared on her face, causing her to look even younger than she was. She scratched her ear, a habit of hers that she did whenever she was thinking. "Oh and I forgot to ask you," she looked up at Pip, "Totidiles can learn Ice fang, correct, did you?"

Spark laughed as his teammates followed behind him. He pranced along through the forest, but he accidentally tripped over a rock. His head hit the ground with a thud, and his discharge went away. "Ouch!" he said, then started to laugh at himself. He was such a clutz! But his laughter soon cut of, as he felt something fall around him. "Woah, what's this?" Spark said nervously. He lit his discharge up, only to find a net around him. "Huh?" He tried to bite the net, but released it and spat. "This isn't netting!" he cried. Spark heard a strange noise above him. Slowly looking up, Spark was now nervous. His eyes locked with many others as an Ariados crawled down its web right at the Shinx. "Ahh!" he yelled. Spark attempted to direct the attack Spark at the giant spider, but the spider's web prevented any attacks from the inside. Spark tried to keep his Discharge up, but it was only dimly lighting the area. He was so scared, it was hard to focus.
(( Yay for action! I was beginning to get bored just standing around. xD ))

Sora was scurrying behind Spark, his ears twitching as he did. Spark lit it up a bit, but the eerie silence and darkness of the forest had Sora on his toes. Suddenly, he heard a thump, then began to laugh as he realized Spark had simply tripped over a rock. "You've got to be more care-" Sora cut off as he too, heard the strange noise and noticed Spark had been caught in Spider Web. "ful..." he trailed off as he realized teh Ariados wasn't alone. Many other Spinarak were around it. "S-Spark... D-Damien...." Sora stuttered, standing up on two paws. The Ariados lunged for Spark, but Sora was too fast. He sprang forward and used Fake Out. The Ariados hissed and flinched, giving Sora time to use Scratch to get Spark out of the web. Getting back down on four paws, his fur puffed out and he bared his fangs, looking like a feral Meowth. "Looks like this won't be as easy as we thought." Sora growled.

(( That makes me think of when you're n a game and there's a little cutscene, then it goes back to gameplay. xD I dunno why. x3 ))

"N-no, I guess not," Spark studdered. "T-thank you, Sora," he said. The Ariados and Spinarak crawled closer slowly, their legs clicking as they moved along. The Shinx used Spark on a Spinarak that was near his feet, and it backed away, only to start to come right back. Two Spinarak climbed up Spark's legs, and he used discharge in fright. The Spinarak flew off his body and landed with a plop on the ground. They scuttled back to the Ariados, and the Ariados seemed to become more angered. (( And then they all formed together to for Mega-Spider! Naw just kidding. )) It let out a strange cry and began to charge at them with fast speeds. "Watch out! Quick Attack!" Spark yelled.

Dusk Looked at Anbu and Serinity; both pokemon looked as if they wanted to get going, just like the other teams. She knew that taking the red path ment danger, but it also ment adventure. Adventure with her new friends. She just had an uncanny feeling that any threat that they found would be anihalted with this team, and that feeling felt good. "Well, Team Oblivion, are we ready to get going?" She asked. She looked at her teammates' faces and already guessed their answers.

Blaze looked her right in the eyes. He did wonder why an assasin would waist her time looking for a sacred pearl, but he quickly shook the thought away; He knew she wouldn't answer it anyways. And even if she did, she would probably say that 'she wanted to rescue our world so she can keep on living' or some lame excuse like that. "No, I don't have any questions... With the exception of your name. It seems to have slipped my mind..."

((Also, Kitteh, are we going to have moves like Tail Whip do actual damage? In the show it seems to take away HP instead of just lowering defense.)

[b] "Team Royal? Sound cool." King replied, flicking his ears. "And yeah, I was thinking about collecting berries too, its always good to have as many as we can, just in case." King put the Oran berries back in the bag, along with the flares. Queenie said something about team leader, and King looked up from the map.

"Doesn't matter to me, as long as we get going!" King lied, with a smile on his face. He wanted to be team leader, since the beginning. Then,a blue smudge in the corner of his vision caught his eye. Another Totodile was slouched near the cave, King cocked his head.

"Hey, Pip, who's that?" He figured the two Totodiles knew each other, considering they were the same species. Then again He was the same species as Queenie and he hadn't seen her before.

"Bag please." Shiloh asked, his huge puffy tail waving behind him. It was high time he left, before anyone thought of asking him to be on their team. He grabbed his bag and nodded a thank you, scurrying away. He padded out of the clearing before pulling out the map, scanning the paths. He saw a team already leave for the red path, and saw a few more eyes dart that direction. He lashed his tail, the red path would be his path of choice, but it would be crowded. Looks like Blue Path it is then!

The little poochyena made a quiet gulping sound as he heard a terrifying hissing sound from behind him. He turned around swiftly to see the glowing eyes of some sort of Spider Pokemon. He took a deep breath and growled loudly in an attempt to atleast frighten the wild pokemon. Damien growled again and attempted to use his move Bite on the Ariados. He managed to catch one of it's many legs but he was soon caught in a netting of some sort, most certainly a web. The little poochyena growled again in frustration and tried to bite his way out of the web. He glanced around to see the rest of his team struggle against these pokemon. He gasped as he saw a large Spinarak approach his friends along with the Ariados.
