Hey guys. I've been having this issue in my family for awhile now and I feel so horrible. I don't talk about these things and my family doesn't try and stop it in my opinion. Someone has an addiction in my family and it definitely takes the toll on everyone. No one says they are hurt but I can easily observe it. It causes so much pain so please, if you don't mind, please pray for my family member to come back to their real self and hopefully see what is truly going on and to help them stop. ~<3 thank you so much everyone.

Have you tried getting your family to talk about it with each other?
If it's an illegal addiction have you confronted the addicted individual?
There are tons of programs out there meant to help people like this.

The adults talk about it and we have had the family member go to rehab centers, none working. The addiction continues but i dont really want to talk about it, sorry.

I'd also like to ask for prayer, and I will likewise keep my Christian brothers and sisters in prayer as well <3

As many of you may remember, my dad passed away last August, right after grandpa--his father--died. Well, while my grandma had known her husband had died (she lives in Mexico, and grandpa was in California). But she hadn't been told about her son dying too. They (my aunt, cousins, and others in California) finally told her yesterday (I think). They hadn't told her earlier because they feared her frail health would suffer or that she would commit suicide. Please pray for us. We're still all struggling with the losses.

My mom, brother, and I are preparing to move. We don't know where exactly yet, but I ask that you'd pray that God would show us what He would have us do. The house we're in is too small, and our town holds too many painful memories. Please pray that God helps us do the right thing and to heal from our trials.

A good friend of mine, who was a saved Christian--well, she told me she was saved--recently became an Atheist due to events in her life. She still wants to be friends with me, and I'm so happy about that. I still want to show her the love that God has shown me. Pray that God will protect her and guide her in her life.

Please don't make her talk. I don't like talking about things either, and people begging me to talk about my feelings when I'm already bothered usually puts me over the edge t times, I'm sure it does her too.

Hello. I'm sorry for bothering you guys, but I felt like I needed to post here.

I really need prayer.
My sister ran away with her one year old child today to go live in another state with her drug-addicted ex-boyfriend and his family.
She basically stole money from my grandma and my dad.
She refuses to answer anyone's phone calls, not even the cop's, so we can try and get her to come back.

I'm scared for her son.
He's so young, and he's going to be put into such a terrible life. He's going to see things that no kid should ever need to see.

I just.
It'd be really nice if you could pray for my family, if it's not too much of a bother.
