Her mom, being a fashion designer, is designing a filly fashion line. Her model gets sick. And she has her daughter fill in. Then. She gets her cutie mark,

I'm still looking for help with this character, namely in that I am looking for a name and a cutie mark. Ignore the one she currently has, I just don't like it and need to go edit the file <<

I'm thinking she's going to be like one of my other characters, Prodigal, in that her story revolves around trying to change her cutie mark. It starts out as like... a fish or a fishing net (since that's what her family does-- they live in a small community on the edge of griffin territory, and sell the fish to griffins), achieved very early. But as she goes on in life, she realizes... no, this isn't what she wants to do with her life. So she sets out to see if... well, can a pony's mark be changed? Can they be wrong about their destiny?

All I know is that it ends up something related to music, but I still can't decide exactly /what/ D:

Can anyone help me with Ziszya's backstory? I know she is a raace of pony that only lives in the tropics but i don't know what a name for her species should be or what her backstory should be.

The cutiemark should represent something! A fish doesn't have to mean a real fish.
Cheerilee's cutiemark is flowers. As a SYMBOL of her want to see her students blossom! ^^

Well yeah, I know that xD But the entire point of her story would be the idea of... no, destiny is not set in stone, and you don't have to follow the family business/what others say you ought to do. So it would have to be a case, at least at first, of 'exactly what it says on the tin'.

(That said, I'm also completely cool with a mark that could have been hugely misinterpreted...)

@Seddie- aside from the fact she is part of a tribe of wild Amazon-like ponies, it's a blank canvas. But i do have the idea her tribe lives in 'primitive' huts in the jungle and are unusually strong ponies, but there are no winged or horned horses in her species.
