Yep...another character is introduced, she is named Otter.
We still don't know the red-eyed characters name.

Also, his eyes have no pupils at all, he is blind, but he can see things around him in his mind when he walks. Like, when he walks, the things around him will be seen, and the same is with sound, things will be revealed so he can see, but if he makes no sound, and doesn't walk, or if there is no sound around him, he wont be able to see. He see's everything in black and white when he walks or there is a sound.
